Online order arrived horribly, ridiculously damaged. The box was fine so the damage was not due to the shipping company, there was just no packaging inside.Sent them pictures, requested a return, and they basically said they don't care and refuse to replace the items.I highly recommend ordering whatever you are looking for from someone else if you want it to arrive intact.

Love this store, the selection is beautiful. Unfortunately the customer service is not what I expected which sucks because I truly love the company. I think they should carefully select who works at their store because it could jeopardize sales and conversion. My husband and I were so excited but the worker was rude and I had to write a review because she left us with a bad energy- thinking about our experience even hours after leaving. The worker had blonde hair and short of Latina descent - I would describe her as grumpy, rude and not amicable at all. I truly wish to come back but I’ll shop online for now because my energy is everything to me. Please relay this to the worker I truly feel she has to be talked to.Pros! Great selection of shoes/ companyCons! Young environment which could be great but immature behavior in this areaIn addition came to the store it had a sign that it would be closed til 130 came back and the store was completely closed and before hand when I first came the employees inside had no respect to even come to the door and at least say why?

Bought 2 pairs of Yeezys. I know you can’t try them on but the staff person didn’t double check the shoes, nor did they let me check. When I got home, one pair I bought in size 13 had no right shoe insole in it. Called back, manager dodged me and they told me they can’t do an exchange, return or even credit for other product. Ridiculous for a store like this

Lots of awesome high end kicks, apparel and collectibles. I’m mostly interested in the latter and they had plenty on display. Most of it was limited to Medicom bearbrick stuff but there were some stand out pieces I never saw before.

Worst service ever. This place is wack. Both sales people on the floor were rude, but especially one of them. Was trying a shirt on and she made some comment like "looks just like the shirt you have on now". Can't explain it all here, but the only reason I didn't loose it on these horrible sales associates is because they carry BBC. I know now I'll never go there again, but these people don't deserve your money. I also sat in a chair that I planned to buy and they were super rude and said I couldn't sit in the chair that was for sale. I also would have dropped a grand on clothing. Dropped everything a left with $5500 worth of gold on smiling.

Just got the most perfectly fitting shoes here. And that despite the fact that my feet are apparently made for anything but running. Telling them that your feet are problematic will give you the attention of the veteran (30+ years of experience)... Let's hope I don't have to make use of their return policy...

This is the best shoe store I have ever been in. First they have you step on a machine that analyzes your feet and from there they will recommend the types of shoes suitable for you.
