Honestly wish I could give something lower than 1 start but this was the worst help I've ever gotten from an auto zone employee, I asked the front desk employee, she had two braids and glasses but I asked if she can help chart my battery and she went to go ask another female employee and all I heard her say was" no it's raining" and the front desk employee said no we can't help you and I said cause it's raining and the front desk employee said yes, so I stormed off and went to the other autozone done the street and they helped without hesitation! If you. Any help customers then why work for an autozone...

Bad customer service, they apparently don't know what they sell. They send people to the wrong aisle, and when you ask them for help, they tell you if you didn't see it there, we don't have it. You would expect it from a red shirt, but a grey shirt (manager) ? I just believe it was wrong.

The customer service is really bad if you asked them questions and they get mad. They are rude to the customers. If you need auto parts go somewhere else do not recommend.

I had brought me brakes rotors from a different autozone location a few weeks back which I was far away from at the time. which I had gave the guy at the first location the exact make and model also the year of my car. Their should've been no mistake at all ( that's what I had thought ) I had got to my people house to put on my brakes rotors which was not the right side at all. I had decided to go to a near by autozone to exchange the rotors for the right rotors up the street from where I was at. at first the guy act like he didn't wanted to take my rotors back due to the fact that the rotors wasn't damaged they was still new beside of me was trying put them on. The guy asked me did I still have the debit card that I had use when I had brought the rotors which I had informed him that I no longer have that account nor card anymore. The guy then tell me that it's nothing he can do due to the fact I do not have that debit card anymore. I'm telling the guy that I have my receipt from my email and the printed copy for my return he still processed to tell me that doesn't matter if I do not have the debit card which I was confused. I had asked can I get store credit with my id ? He was so quick to say no since I don't have my debit card. I don't understand the money is in autozone account why you just can exchange them or give me my money back since I have the receipt ? Seen like a scam to me.
