We had the best experience with Joel. He was very knowledgeable about the phones, very patient and took care of us extremely well, helping with everything from my son's phone to pairing his Apple Watch to finding the best pricing for covers and accessories. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend Joel. He was more knowledgeable than the so-called "geniuses" at the Apple Store.

Absolutely the worst customer service. Because I wasn't buying product, but needed to have a billing issue sorted out, they could have cared less. Left me sitting and waiting while they served other customers. Even though it's close to me I will never use this store again, and will start looking around for other cell service as well.

I am a pretty stubborn old dog. An old dog that is very weary of anything that has to do with technology. Kyle at the AT&T on Sepulveda just might have converted me to the ‘dark side’?!? I was in a pretty rough spot and needed a phone ASAP!!! Kyle was the perfect combination of courtesy and competence! You’re lucky to have him!

Chris is an awesome representative! He is super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable! He helped me upgrade my phone on 2 occasions. I was so happy with the ease and quickness with the service. Highly recommend going to this location.

The guy standing at the counter barely let me get a word out, before telling me to call customer support that he can’t help me in person. This is due to the fact that AT&T now pays their sales people on a commission structure and if I’m coming in with questions, this guy doesn’t have the time of day for me. I was given this specific stores address by the customer support agent who was rushing to get me off the phone. She told me to go there and speak with someone. Since 2007 I’ve been a loyal and very good customer and fan of AT&T, this kid was still in diapers in 2007… as I was walking out I turned back and asked him what about if I want to purchase my phones so I can switch providers can you help with that? “Absolutely”, he says with a crooked smile. He didn’t care if I was leaving, he didn’t care if he was retaining a customer for the company he reps. He only cared about his chump change commission check. I too work in sales, lesson #1: to be good in sales and to have consistent results and be successful, you must love what you do, believe in what you represent and most importantly you need to deliver a service of support and customer care. AT&T has dropped the ball and I’m less than thrilled to be affiliated with the brand. I didn’t purchase mine and my son’s phone at that time. I’ll take care of that on my own through the app or website. Thanks but Noooooo thanks! Disturbing not shocking experience! ??♀️

Thai is the greatest store representative! He goes above and beyond the normal above and beyond to get issues resolved all with care and laughter. He is a delight to work with on managing all things AT&T!

Avoid AT&T ****** BAIT & SWITCH FRAUD****** Since January 2023 the store on Sepulveda in West Los Ángeles convinced me to switch my internet provider to AT&T fiber and promised a 25% monthly discount of my monthly cellular bill and until this day no one at AT&T has been able or wanting to apply this 25% offer that was promised. This is purely false advertisement and a BAIT and SWITCH scheme. I have spent numerous hours on the phone with customer service and have gone in person more than a dozen times and not even the manager has fixed this!!! I will be filing a complaint and will make sure that AT&T stops this illegal and FRAUD practice. Shame on you!

The wait was too long & unfortunately you can't make appointment anymore. But Joel was very knowledgeable & friendly as he explained my monthly bill in details which can be confusing & updated my plan. He also changed the screen proaction which was under warranty.

Marina’s competence, kindness and patience is why I am writing my first review ever. If everyone interacted with each other as she did with me and my family today, living in Los Angeles would be positive again.
