This morning 8/14 I Called to inquire about adding an additional line. The rep said she was taking calls in the back for new customers. She was really rude and hung up on me when I was differentiating prices. I really hate ATT in general. Very deceiving. Her customer service is reflective of my experience with them. I should’ve stayed with TMobile.

I went to this store a few weeks back and I got such good customer service especially compared to all the other stores that I’ve gone to. They actually helped me in a timely manner and that was really important because I was in a rush because my phone broke so I really needed a new one fast. I would recommend this store to anyone, all sales associates super friendly and knowledgeable! Thanks again

This store is wonderful. The staff here are very knowledgeable, kind, courteous, and caring. I went in to find out why my bill was looking so weird and they were able to find the problem and help me resolve it. Jesus and Yori know anything and everything about AT&T and they are definitely the people you want to talk to!

Walked in yesterday too look at the latest iPad…just to look since I was priorly a T-Mobile member but was gracefully over taken by the department manager’s hospitality that I not only purchased the tablet but switched to AT&T Maryori….. I don’t recall her last name ? made me feel like I was a long valued customer at first I thought it was just because I demonstrated interest in the iPad and she wanted to make a sell but she was super hospitable with everyone! Even when a teenage boy walked in only to play on one of the display tablets she was kind and gentle and answered every one of his questions even though it was clear he wouldn’t make a purchase! Absolutely this store deserves a 5 star review I would give a higher rating if I could!

Currently this location only allows 1 customer per representative for safety issues. Which I understand but at least have more than 1 representative working… took me 45 mins just to get a SIM card replacement for my Nana’s cellphone.

Beware! Oliver, the manager, at this store made me promise and didn't deliver. Avoid AT&T at all cost. I would give it negative stars if I could. They will dangle great deals to your face and fail to deliver after they get your business. I switched over from spectrum because Oliver from the ATT store promised I would received $300 visa card as a new customer doing the internet switch. I never got the $300 as promised and there is no documentation that states that deal anywhere on my signed contract. I even asked him for paper confirmation about this deal and he said I would receive an email. I even called AT&T customer help line multiple times and none of the representative were aware of the deal and said that I would talk to Oliver about it? This makes no sense. Isn't the store manager and AT&T customer helpline the same company offering the same products? They seem to be selling different offers. Very shady and inconsistent. Shouldn't all my information and offers be in the data system where the customer helpline can see? After months and months of pulling teeth, he was able to credit me $99 and said the remaining credit will be done two more times. As usual, the remaining 2 times didn't happen and my bill was due. I had to call him again and he said he would take care of it and let me know. He never call back. I had to call again and find out that it might not happen and that I should go ahead and pay my bill. This entire fiasco went on for almost a year. It's been so frustrating. Oliver and AT&T basically "bait and switch" which is a common business practice I came to realize as I did more research online. They initially appear nice and professional. But at the end, I was scammed. Careful who you do business with. The whole nice thing is a facade! Do your research online and you will see that they pull the same tactic on many other customers. I really thought Oliver was great and helpful but at the end, I was very disappointed and saw his true colors.

Oliver is amazing!!! I recently moved and was having the hardest time changing my Internet service over the phone. I decided to call the ATT store instead and see if I could go in to get some help moving my service. I am so glad Oliver was there to save the day. He went above an beyond assisting me in setting up everything I needed for a last minute move and turned what was a stressful experience completely around. If you are in need of internet in the LA area go to ATT store and ask for Oliver!

Seems to be pretty common for people working here to straight up lie to get out of doing their job. Also, after talking to support on the phone, I learned that if I would’ve done what they told me then my phone would have been sent to the wrong place and lost forever.
