At&T is a horrible company that abuses its clients. I would switch to a different provider but my apartment only offers At&T. We have internet with them which has many issues but my biggest complaint is their lack of security. They allowed someone to open an account under my name with my info without verifying any IDs despite the person purchasing $2000 with in phones.

Great experience at this location! The team made a transfer of services seamless, and we came out with one new phone and one new phone available for pre order on the way. Special shout out to Daniel who was helpful, kind, friendly, smart, and attentive and his brother David who brought a phone over from another store. The team stayed after closing time to finish up the deal with us. Would recommend, ask for Daniel since he does a great job!

Bought a brand new iphone 12 Pro here and come to find it is defective immediately. (Shuts off randomly for hours at a time) Literally discover this within 24 hours. We call to explain the obviously defective phone and ask to exchange for a non-defective product. Zero support. ATT tells us we must take it through warranty for repairs. Zero accountability. We call Apple who advises us: never buy an apple product through ATT because if anything should go wrong they won't help, not because they can't, but because they'll lose their commission in making it "right." Please tell me it isn't so, ATT. Beware customers!!

Best experience I have ever had with phones. Mauricio and the manager Daniel were amazing. Mauricio has an amazing personality. He took the time to help me check my bill out and save money. This guy deserves a raise. Also, The store was really busy and the manager kept his calm going around checking up with all of the customers. This is the store to go to. They did not brush me off to help other customers. A1 with customer service and cleanliness. I am definitely coming here to do my upgrades.

DON’T GO HERE! My experience in this store was laughably terrible!-Awful customer service.-Shifting pricing.-Unacceptable attitude.-Absolutely no accountability-No manager presentBefore I explain this issue it should be made clear - the store was empty aside from myself and 3 employees when this happened so there was no crazy stressful backup of people, Also, it was mid day so not near closing.The problem was with a representative named Jerry (which may not be his name as he was lying left and right about everything). He Increased the pricing quote on a simple Next plan - tried to force through a major adjustment of my plan - when asked to show his math he said “No, that would be too much work” - Seriously? Too much work to show your math? He refused to give me the managers card, name, or when they would be in next. He refused to explain himself beyond “I have the numbers in my head and the end number is all that matters” - Which is an insane response to a customer.., I am at a loss - I did everything I could to give this guy an opportunity to correct his behavior even calmly saying “I do not want to make an issue for you man but this is unacceptable - Is there anything you want to tell me before I leave?” He says “No” - I just don’t get it.This kind of service is unacceptable - who knows how many people have been taken advantage of here. I do not trust this business - don't even risk having this issue happen to you - just don't go here.

Daniel took excellent care of me when I came in to upgrade my phone. He was kind and personable, and helped me get the best deal! I was in and out of there fairly quickly. Cant recommend this place enough

I went in to get help bundling my account and Carol couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. I even upgraded my internet to fiber optic at a great price. Ask for Carol when visiting this store.

After spending a frustrating 45 mins at the local Apple store trying to hook up my new iPad to AT&T cellular service, Liz at this AT&T store totally saved the day and found out that Apple hadn't installed the SIM card and thus, I couldn't get any cell service. She hooked everything up and my iPad is now good to go. This store is always so helpful and nice.

Do NOT go here! Absolutely horrible customer service. Called on my way to make sure they had the phone I wanted in stock. Maurisco said yes we for sure have it. I was there in 10 mins A female employee went through all the protocol for 45 mins with my account while the two boys discussed which movie to put on the tv and when their Uber eats would arrive. When I asked if they could get the phone and start to change things over since I was in hurry, the girl said she had to check the stick. Came back to tell me they were all out of stock. Complete disregard of anyone's time complete disregard of respect and have no idea what kind of products they even have.
