It's fun to ride the historical funicular.
Angels Flight Railway was opened in 1901.
It's the world's shortest railway operating between Grand Avenue and Hill Street.
You can pay the fare at the box office on Grand Avenue.(There is no box office on Hill Street).
If you ride it from Hill Street, you can pay the fare after arriving at Grand Avenue.
One way is $1.00, and a round trip is $2.00.

Angels Flight Railway is located a short distance from nearby eating places. The ride itself is very brief, lasting about 30 seconds. You can make payment at the top, either with cash or Apple Pay. While it’s a fun and historic experience, there isn’t much that’s particularly fancy or special about it. It’s more of a quick, nostalgic ride for those interested in a piece of Los Angeles history.
So So...

It's a very interesting experience. Two antique trains take turns carrying passengers up and down. The ride takes about one minute. For the train going up, you can enter the carriage directly. Since there is no special mark to pay the fare at the upper exit, you can't find the place to buy the ticket at first. For the return trip, you can pay the fare at the same ticket office and pay in cash. If you don’t want to ride back and forth, there are stairs next to it that allow you to go back and forth, which takes about ten minutes to walk. There is a central market opposite with many dining options.

I get that this historical railway is a famous thing to do in LA
But..
The ride is so short. I'd say max one minute. You barely get any pictures. Also, they only accept CASH.

This cable car is often used in movie scenes.
The ride time is about 1 minute for 1 dollar?
The hotel was on a hill, so I took advantage of it. Even if you don't ride it, it looks cute from the outside.

A remnant of a previous chapter in Los Angeles' and United States' history. A short but fun ride.

Really cool. It’s only about 3mins coat 0.5 by using tap. But it’s really fun and beautiful. You can take it to go to central market. Really convenient.
The one-way tap fare is US$0.50, which is quite an interesting experience. The journey takes about three minutes and is quite bumpy, but it has a retro feel. The interior of the carriage is filled with children's illustrations. You can take this from the Grand to the Central Market to save time and effort.
You can experience it and see ?

Worth seeing if you're there by chance, but nothing interesting.
