I wish they would STOP talking to me in spanish when everytime I go there to buy something.
NOT ALL Latin & Pacific islanders SPEAK SPANISH.
(Gen Y & Z especially)
Speak to customers in English first; it make a majority of us more welcoming into the store.

The service here is friendly , that's primarily the good thing I can say about this location in addition to the convenience of it being close to where I am. The layout of the gas station is rather small and compact , you may have to wiggle your way in and out depending on the competence of other drivers.The gas prices here fluctuate up and down . For whatever reason, my Visa cards never work at the pump and I have to pre-pay inside.

Super overpriced. Just paid over $5 for a smaller coffee and hostess donuts. At 7-11 you get a larger coffee and same donuts for $3.Get gas only here.

I went in and paid for $xx gas and bought a few items as well. I went outside to pump my gas and not sure what happened, but I was not able to pump gas. I immediately went in and told them what happened and they basically accused me of trying to "steal" gas!! Apparently the person before me didn't close out, and it showed that gas was already pumped. Long story short, the guy slammed a receipt down on the counter and told me that I "made a mistake'"! I was completely taken aback, as I just wanted to get gas and leave. It was also embarrassing that it was in front of other people in the store. I come here all of the time - but never again. You need to train your employees to have better customer service and not make false accusations. I will be contacting your corporate office about this matter as well.

Beware - Probably the reason they don't accept credit cards is maybe they wanna still your pin. Skimmers- It happened to me after using this gas station. Fraud occurred!

Nice clean gas station store. A huge selection of food and drinks, the employees are friendly and the prices are great!

I really enjoyed my visit.The Matcha Green Tea is fantastic and their avocado toast is addictive. It's very clean and the owners are friendly and make you feel welcome.

Absolutely horrible lack of service from SalvadorI walk in no hello back that's fine but then I ask where the burritos are "what burritos?" The burritos u sell usually 2 for $5 our burritos if any are over there pointing across the store Ok I go over there do u have the deal?If we have a deal it'll come up at the register Oooook not great but it got way much worse He kept me waiting I was about to ask do I warm up the burrito first? Since he won't budge from the food? Are u ready? Yes keeps me waiting doesn't move Then finally walks over I do the scratch power app and win he proceeds to tell me I scan my phone on the credit card terminal I said no u scan it with the scanner he tells me no u use your phone I said that's for Apple Pay or credits cards there is no scanner for barcodes which this needs showing him (this tells me he doesn't know) but he proceeds to tell me I don't know what I'm doing for the next min plus raising his voice looking at customers behind me I said focus on me why are u looking for someone else for approval? If u don't know that's fine but don't charge. Me for it like you're doing then saying I'm doing it wrong just take it off/scan it. He stuck to his guns then proceeds to tell me that it's only a $.89 I said great that's not the point take it off or just realize that I'm trying to get out of here with my food let's go I said just charge me for the food he then only has the donut in screen I said u didn't even charge me for the food just charge the food. Cancelled charged he then says I'll pay for it for u I said u shouldn't have to do that if u don't know it's ok just say that he then finally says he's not sure how he sees everyone do it that way I said yes regular payment not free items someone didn't show u that's not your fault but do not tell the customer they are wrong and look at other customers like can u belie this guy. That makes it worse. I then allow the other customers to go ahead to not hold up the other 2 I warm up my burrito he tells me I have to pay for the food I said u still didn't charge me no problem but I need to get going and you're holding the whole thing up they can go I'll pay for them do not talk to me like I'm trying to steal them I'm not going any where without paying but u should've already charged me. Then as if that wasn't bad enough I turn in my Audio recorder and he proceeds to tell me that he doesn't know how to do that I said how hard is it to say that from the beginning? That all u had to say I would've said the same thing I did just do it with the scanner if it's not taking it off then it's what your pressing or not but either way it's not charged to me that it no biggie. I said but the real problem just so u know is how u first dropped ball on the greet with an empty store then were short then made me wait then decided to give me the ring directions on something u didn't know how to do two other customers walk in and he switches to English and says there is a saying you shouldn't judge. What in the heck is that?! That made no sense at all I wasn't judging him I explained what he did wrong from the beginning and I still wasn't judging did he say that to try to make a problem with the customers? Wow I left but walked back in warm up the burrito which wasn't warmed up all the way and he was talking about me with the other customer and got quiet when he saw it was me that walked in wow again this guy has no business in customer service at all he will get that place out on the news for the wrong reasons unbelievable it was such a bad experience I had to write this because u need to start interviewing applicants right away and cut him down to 2 hrs a week til he quits if anyone else will hire him. Take pride in your business he doesn't and represents u ooorly. 28 years in customer service I know what I'm telling you. I love my ampm I spen
