Beware when you visit this place of false product labeling. They sell a snack under one name but a different snack is in the bag. Then they will not refund your money because you already opened the bag. Kinda funny, if it wasn't illegal. The manager Shawn (?) is very rude too.

Absolutely terrible. The snacks are mislabeled, which means they are not even the real snacks they say they are. The manager (Shawn?) is really rude! I go out of my way to get gas AND snacks at the other ARCOS nearby.

I came tonight around 11 something pm I always come here in the day or at night I for got my mask two time last time in the day put gas and I leave the lady are nice today there a guy that 6 feet ask me to put my mask I say I don't have one just want to pay for gas am gone told me no am like f*** that's all I said and walk out a homeless male saw me upset he gave me a new mask I went back in waited in line the guy that's 6 feet with a ponytail told me I should not be disrespectful saying name calling I look at him like what I just want to pay for gas that was all he turn around like a kid would I told him f*** you then I got pissed I never never felt disrespected in front of a lady and even the lady was going to pay for my gas told her no it's ok

Watch out !! Very dangerous gas station, the place are full of Drunk shady people. They are Harassing everyone. Trust me it's horrible Ampm store.

Good location Arco gas station And their gas price is okay (redbull,chocolate etc price fine 2 ) Well done,They just need new pump.

Not even a 1 star but it wont let me post unless i click 1. I am disgusted with the employees here. I get it they hate their job. I would too working at a gas station. 0 customer service. Rude rude and very ugly human beings. Do not stop here. Take the extra mile somewhere else. The girl with red hair and the old big mexican girl need to go. Rude rude. Disgusting place and employees.

Girl with red hair with ZERO customer service should not be working in eagle rock she is VERY rude but then again she must be miserable she works at AM/PM that girl needs to go shes hurting your business! on the other hand the 2 mexican ladies are always friendly and very nice they have been working there for a very long time . I only live across the street so I'll always get my gas here

This is the worst business in Eaglerock. My husband came in for a charger because his broke and we don't have a house phone. They did not give him a receipt. He tried to charge his phone and it didn't work. So I went back 20 mins later telling them the phone didn't work and we just wanted the money back. He said that he would not return without a receipt so I let him know that he did not give him a receipt, and if he went back in the cameras he'd see that. The "owner" immediately called me a liar again and said I was just trying to make money bc I'm a liar. When I showed him a picture of the phone not charging he repeatedly called me a liar in front of many customers and allowed his other employee ANA to also call me a liar. I called my husband so he could talk to them- and they finally gave me the money back - after Callin me a f8!ing liar 20 more times and yelling at me to leave. this is not customer service this is not the way it supposed to be and this was totally uncalled for. Please don't support this horrible man and his employees. He spoke to me the way he did bc I was a woman- as soon as my husband said something he gave me the money back. Shame on you and shame on ana. You have zero customer service, I hope your lease is up soon and they run you out of this town.
