My car had a ding in the drivers door that was annoying me, I took the car in for an estimate, he stated a price we agreed to, my car is a 2022L model. Originally he kept my car for 3 days, whe delivered I noticed the roughness in the paint, and the color did not match, the protective cover on the doors seam was also missing. This repair was so bad, even after I returned the car to them for 4 more days,the repair was horrible, complete door color was different from the entire car. Seam sealer remained missing. I had to notify my insurance company, a small door ding turned into $2100 + job. Paint overspray on all the windows. This company was horrible, they get no stars.

Mi auto estaba un desastre despues de un acidente que tuvo mi hija. Lo lleve a este taller que me recomendaron y fue una excelente opcion. Los empleados fueron muy atentos. Fue un proceso muy rapido y eficiente. Lo recomiendo. Volveria a regresar. Solo un detalle tuve que regresar por que hubo un desacuerdo tenia que ver la aseguradora.

I was actually a repeat customer of Fonso know his sons and all but since this guy Polo started there they rip everyone off! Don't waste yo time crooks for sure! Over charged me! Job was NOT done right! Took almost 3 weeks please don't waste yo time or money I will never give these crooks a fucken dollar of my money or minute of my time! I promise you will not be happy with these bums run away as fast as you can

I am extremely thankful for Alfonso's Auto Body Shop... I was upset looking for a place to take my aunts truck for repairing after I accidentally crashed it. Not knowing where to go, my awesome co-worker refereed me to Alfonso's. Sure enough I was able to leave it one Wednesday afternoon and was called Saturday morning that it'll be ready by the afternoon and it sure was! I was more than happy & grateful with the price I was given as well. Not only did they help fix the truck but also relieved the stress off my shoulders. Prompt, efficient, affordable and a friendly customer service was also provided. THANK YOU Alfonso's Auto Body for all your amazing work!!!
