Sorry But this place may suit your situation if u want something quick and simple patch. Even though I thought my case is very simple. It's a very long story but basically I just need all 4 tires change and balancing as he promised and said he balanced all of them but week gone by. My rides have been really shaking and wobbling at speed of 40 mph even though I got my alignment done. He blamed it on my alignment shop but my alignment shop said it's the tires. As well as my google researched and asked around. It came down to I need my tires balanced which I thought he did. I went back 2wks after to have him looked at. All he did was asking his worker to swapped my back tires to the front. And charged me extra on top of the original payment + tips. And of course nothing is fixed but I just really didn't know what happened to my car and tires Because I assumed he did everything he said he did but he lied he didn't do the balancing as he said he did and true enough it all came down to I need tires balanced. With all the time I've been running around, stressing out trying to figure out what happened. It's just came down to he's not an expert and don't know what he's doing. All he can do is popping tires in and out. And my car is only 30k miles bmw 2018 for sure it's not one of those car that needs mechanic or parts replacement. Worst thing is he didn't admit. He's still blaming on my tire pressure, and my alignment. Now I'm gonna have to pay another shop to do everything on top of what I paid him twice. How stupid I am.

This is a great shop with an honest owner (Carlos) who is fast, efficient, affordable, and most importantly kind. We've taken both mine and my wife's car there and Carlos has been helpful every time. If there is ever a problem he always fix the problem within a few hours. We should all support businesses like this. They deserve it.

Incredible service, wonderful staff, very helpful and generous. I realized I had a flat tire when I was across the street from Alexander's Tire Service, drove right in. Carlos immediately helped me, found that the tire had a pretty big hole in it. He was able to patch it but said he wasn't sure how long it would hold as the tire should be replaced as soon as possible. I was worried because I needed to go to work and he offered to put a new tire on for free!!! Just to make sure I made it. I ended up going back to have them replace all my tires (ok, honestly I needed all new tires, they were worn so low) and it was a great price, very quickly and well done. My boyfriend got his tires replaced there soon after and we are LOYAL customers now. Carlos is always there to help if you need some extra air or have a concern. I wouldn't go anywhere else for tire service.
