This place is a joke. My best friend has been a patient here almost 20 years and they used to be pretty good. Things have gone downhill. Very high turnover rate for doctors, if you're even lucky enough to have an actual doctor. Half the time nobody answers the phone and messages are never returned. They have lied saying that they called about this or that when no call was ever made. It's easy to tell when your cell phone records such things. One doctor lied about resistance testing, saying it had been done and they were waiting on results. The test never happened. Many other incidents too numerous to mention here. Look elsewhere. You do have other options.

So basically I just needed volunteer hours for nursing school and was able to get them with a more reputable organization... American Red Cross for the win!

They don't even know who they are in contract with, when it comes to sending out blood work. I was asked to go back to get another test only to find out a week and a half later that they didn't have my results because my blood was never tested. A week of asking and not getting a respond to a response of "oh well we can't do anything about it.... Don't get me started on those phone lines. No response whatsoever.

Ever since AHF dedicated the former Motel 6 in Van Nuys for low-income housing over a year ago, the property has been sitting empty with the lights on in all of the rooms 24 hours -- what a massive and senseless waste of money. Even worse: An extremely loud, disruptive and unruly group of young men have been doing "work" outside AHF's property, which is now called the Valley Haven Motel, for several weeks now and causing a constant disturbance for neighbors. They are completely unsupervised and can frequently be heard making offensive jokes and yelling to one another all day long. This is the definition of disorderly conduct and a public nuisance. And this is hardly model behavior for a nonprofit.

Under the direction of Mark Dyer AHF and healthy Housing Foundation hires racist people instead of getting rid of them he promotes them. Five suicides in less than a year under the racist bigotry and hatred of Dominique Eastman. Shame on healthy Housing shame on AHF for allowing this to continue to happen. Very very sad day when people have to die because they have no relief and they are stressed to the point of suicide. It's not enough just to harass people you have to have programs in place that are going to take care of someone that can't take care of themselves.

The pharmacy gave my medication and protected personal data to another client. I was noticed a significant time later. When I replied to their legal department several times I was ignored. I was told in the initial letter that they “believe the person with my protect information will not use it.” I am consistently monitoring my credit report. When I called to cancel services with them - they seemed surprised - really? I will be turning the pharmacy into the NV Pharmacy Board.

AHF expects patients to survive on a one-week supply of one third of their vital medications, once every three months.

Came here for a screening of Making of King. The theatre is nice and the facility is nice too. There were little rooms here and there which served the purpose of the event well. Did street parking and I think it was $1 an hour for 2 hours. It was cheap. BF paid for it, so I wasn't sure and BF had to keep refilling the parking meter every 2 hours.

I was a volunteer with Aids Healcare Foundation under the supervision of Eduardo Martinez. He is a very unprofessional guy with very low standards. Was a voljunteer for 2 years till I could no longer be subjected to his hostile ways. Prefers his volunteers to be illegal aliens who are desperate for his tiny incentie programs. Till he is fires I want nothing to do with AHF
