Dealing with AAA has been pretty terrible, their representatives tried their best but rarely know what's going and have little to no idea on how to correct an issue. My homeowner's insurance policies were canceled without any explanation as to why. When I called seeking answers, the reps I spoke with all provided different answers and none of them concrete. When I was finally able to speak with a manager, the only thing they were really willing to help me with was cancel my remaining policies. No one at AAA tried anything to actually resolve my issues and did not offer any sort of way to make the situation better. They have been the worst company when it comes to customer service.

We’ve been members since the ‘90’s. The Staff runs The AAA as expected with courtesy and smiles. The building is gorgeous. Everything to keep you safe, is their goal.

Yesterday (05/03/2024) I needed a smog check and since the AAA at this location can do them, I went there.
It was an IN&OUT visit- Courteous, Friendly, and Efficient.

I knew my registration was due this month but I didnt get it in the mail. So I checked with AAA and I was able to pay my registration and get my tags....so Happy!

AAA is no longer the gold standard it once was. Quotes are extremely difficult to get, payment methods are inconvenient, service is subpar, and their insurance coverage is highly overpriced. Simlpy put, dealing with AAA is not worth the hassle.

I went to this location to transfer the title for my new vehicle today. It was done very quickly without waiting long time. Very convenient. Also the customer agent was very helpful, professional and friendly.

Terrible service , employees are running scams . The only goal is to make commissions and meet quotas . When I was in the phone with Sean W in dsl he called me on my other line on his private cell phone number to tell me what I needed to say in order for my rate to be what I wanted . It was very uncomfortable and inappropriate. He offered to send me money thru cash app since I was short on making my payment so he could still meet his quota . When I questioned it , He said it's something they do all the time and that his manager Monique is the one who trained him to do it so it's not an issue . He claimed that everyone uses a second phone to call clients like that . I just think it's weird and unprofessional. Ila complaint has been made to corporate

AAA is just like most insurance companies, at first they tell you how much $$ youre saving with them, and you do in the beginning but wait a couple months and they start taking money from you account, thats whats happening with me, I have to take time off of work to call them and straighten it out, its hapened before and i got my money back, but if you dont call they just take your money, theyre sneaky that way. I think ill go back to State Farm, at least with them my payments are all the same all year

Nabbed a couple of physical maps for an upcoming road trip. For free!!! Just got my membership card scanned. Highly recommend a pit stop here for the historic sights and the free goodies.

First, let's say the customer service is a plus. I was greeted with a smile and good conversation. I went around 1:00 pm so there was no waiting in line. I so like that I can handle some of my DMV needs at this location. There is plenty of parking, and you feel really safe at this location because of the many security guards. My car insurance quote was normal, however, the deductible was high. I left my cellphone and had to return. The insurance representative had it waiting for me. If you need travel information, then they have lots for you.
