Amazing customer service by Sean! Great car rental experience, from price, duration of time spent in their beautiful office, and ease of location. We were in need of a rental for our family and found 6.99 rent a car to be a gem, Sean was super helpful throughout the process. I would highly recommend 6.99 Rent a Car to friends and family!

I recommend for sure if you are getting those feet wet around Los Angeles. Jason is a great helper and verbally puts it all out in details. I had a scion iA from 699 for about two weeks helped, tremendously. No issues.

they are actually so helpful here!! i booked thru T-Mobile & didn't realize till i got there they actually don't work with TM, but they were so helpful in getting me a good decent car at a good rate! i've been here once before a couple years ago. i felt well taken care of.

Don't actually rent cars for $6.99. They charge $1.20 per mile. Better off getting a regular rental car and paying $50-$60 a day and getting unlimited miles. It'd actually be cheaper. $6.99 is just to get you in the door, and then they hit you with all the big fees. Big scam. Save your time.

Beware about the deposit release policy here, been a week and they still haven't released my deposit. When I call, they say I need to call bank and get a fax number to get my money back? Insane. Bank has no idea what they are talking about. Buyer beware....
