Lots of parking under the store. Good salad and hot bars and fresh produce selections. Their butchers are always happy to create cuts for me, and in crab season they've done an excellent job preparing the crabs for me. Overall, clean, bright space with good oldies playing.

Ahhh can’t believe hot bar is now $12.99/lb. Got a 80% full box for $30 and surprised me! (Fried idlis is no good

pricey, and this store is painful to park at.I'm handicapped so makes worse. the underground parking isn't very well laid out and too many people in hurry. so it is dangerous. elevator to store but you have to park first.half time people are blocking handicapped parking spots.

Confusing layout. Also be aware this Whole Foods has no juice bar, only a coffee bar with smoothies. Zero fresh juices to be found.

I like their variety that they have however the people who work there some of them are nice but not all over them And it's 1st that deli area where the cooked food isn't smells good but I bought a lot of food and just had to throw it right away because it was so dry or so just overdone from sitting out there for so long and the long end I think that's really rude if it really rude if it looks like the potato is dry all the way through and it's as hard as a rock literally you should really get them off of your counter

Be careful, someone behind the butcher desk will cheat you with expensive price tag on cheaper parts. I ordered two chicken backs but only gave me one, and tagged with drummettes which obviously charges more. Unbelievable.

We just bought a bunch of vegetables and fruit from this store. As usual upon arriving at home my wife started to clean the green onions, low and behold there comes a straight gray long hair out of it. Whole Foods, are you listening?

The hot bar was very empty as well as the salad bar. I asked if they were going to fill up the empty hot trays they said the person who manages the hot bar was at lunch. Very disappointed with the quality, I have been to other Wholefoods, specifically Redwood City, San Mateo, San Jose and a lot others. note: i used to come to this Wholefoods on a daily basis and after today I was very disappointed. I think Wholefoods needs to do something to bring the Wholefoods in Los Altos up to par because it is setting a bad example for other sister stores. Sorry to be the one to tell the truth but it's only going to make the grocery store better or take this review and ignore it, Good luck.

I want to take the time to recognize the bakery department at the Los Altos store. My wife requested I get a Tiramisu cake for her birthday. I live very close to the Cupertino store and tried to get it there. No dice. They never seems to have the round cakes and when I called 3 days in advance they told me "no way". So I called Los Altos and they had both 6" and 8" cakes freshly made that day. It was set aside for me and I drove the distance to get it. When I arrived they quickly decorated it. Such as pleasure to deal with people who are customer oriented. Get the picture Cupertino?

I'm giving the store 4 stars instead of 5 because the cashier made me feel stupid. This was my first time in this store and I only came here because I had a gift card. I'm not in a financial position to be shopping at such an upscale grocery store. But I figured since I had the gift card, I might as well go on in. I bought some beautiful produce and a few other items and went to check out. I showed the cashier my gift card and asked if I should swipe it. She got highly annoyed and told me I needed to scratch off the part on the back to reveal the number underneath. Then she hastily told me to enter the number on the keypad. I don't even remember if I swiped it or not. I was very rattled. I apologized and said I had never been there before so I wasn't sure what to do. Her response? A loud sigh and rolling eyes. Please train your employees to be kind. I will use the rest of my gift card but I'll be going to another location where hopefully they will be more patient in case I forget exactly how to use the card.

One of the bigger stores that has a layout that is a bit different than other Whole Foods. I like that they have Amazon pick up here. There’s an underground parking garage with elevators and stairs.Staff are helpful.

This Whole Foods has a better produce and fruits selection than the Redwood City location. It's larger and more spread out which I appreciate. came here for the beauty sale and they didn't run out of stuff either. Redwood City location take note! I also appreciated their supply of nut milks.
