Convenient location, but they are terribly understaffed. I have come here on varying days and times and there’s very rarely more than 2 people working, and after lunch, it’s usually 1.
Also, they somehow always lose my pre-labeled packages that I drop off at the counter such that I now stand in line to get an acceptance receipt.

What kind a of a post office does NOT have stamps? They have been "temporarily" been out of stamps for more than three weeks. Several customers came in to get turned back. Only one staff member was knowledgeable enough to ship international packages, and had to wait in line for the second time

Terrible service.Stamps, scales, postal drop-off box, and pay office boxes only available only during the hours when people are at work.What is the point of a post office that doesn't even have a drop box outside?This post office is one of the worst cases of the current head of the USPS' attempts to make the USPS as bad as possible in order to justify privatizing public service in favor of the competing delivery service he still has a financial interest in.

I have been using this post office for as long as it has been there and have found the staff to be mostly helpful, courteous, and friendly. Sometimes I have to wait 10 minutes give or take.

I found the post office people helpful and personable. The mail delivery person is questionable. Today, the mail truck came in at 6pm with the radio in full capacity and the truck was backing up and going forward at high speed in our front yard. We were fearful that the speed would cause an accident. We will be reporting this.

Wow! It has even above 2 stars! Extremely impatient staff and vicious waiting people (mainly white senior people)—flabbergasted how bad the service is—people even laughed at you because you usually use UPS but not USPS?it feels like before Civil Rights Movement?

Great location and staff but I frequently use PO Box for business. Posted sign on the door says PO box access available at 6:30AM, but doors are never unlocked then.

Small post office in the middle of the cute downtown area. Parking can be limited due to all of the shops nearby. 2 hour parking max if you do snag a spot. I dropped by on a weekday at 9:50 am and was in and out. Very clean inside space and all employees were masked and organizing during their down time.

Relatively new post office. It's very clean and in great condition. I was able to go in and out without waiting in any lines. Located in the cute Los Altos downtown area with seating outside.
