Sadly, this is review for an online order placed at www.pendleton-usa.com. I would strongly suggest avoiding placing an online order at Pendleton. The biggest bummer is that I saved for a year to purchase these 2 blankets - never knew it would result in Pendleton stealing from me. Details below. 11/20/20 I placed an order on for 2 blankets for Christmas. Seeing that it would not arrive until January 2021, I attempted to cancel the order. Pendleton did not respond to my calls or emails, and sent no tracking information. The blankets were delivered 12/12/20. Pendleton was having problems charging my card, but they successfully did and I was charged $643.50 on 12/23/20. On 12/28/20 a Pendleton rep, Sky Malone, helped me create a return label to send back 1 blanket (Wyeth Blanket). I shipped the blanket on 12/30/20, and it was received by Pendleton on 1/05/21. I did not receive a refund, so I began calling and emailing, a week later. No response until 1/15/21, when a Pendleton representative, Amanda, informs me via email, that I was never charged for this order, so no refund. I wrote her back with proof that I had been charged (screenshot from my bank statement), and now it is back to no response to calls and voicemails left. When Sky helped me create my return label, they never mentioned anything about this problem. I do not have the blanket and I want my refund, as was promised. I have tried for weeks to work with Pendleton on my own, and avoid disputing this transaction. I even gave them a warning that I was considering dispute - and still no response. Now, because Pendleton is back to no response, I have opened a dispute with my bank - the first dispute in my years of shopping, online and otherwise. I am so disappointed. When you call, Pendleton's voicemail takes about the customer service they are known for. I understand that COVID has impacted small businesses, and I was eager to support. NEVER did I think Pendleton would steal from me, then ignore me. Shoutout to Megan, the one Pendleton rep who actually answered their customer service line - after weeks of calling. She was kind, but could not help me. She took my notes and tried to transfer me to another department. No one answered, but she took my information and said someone would call me back. That was 1/20/21. No one ever called, of course.

I didn't shop here this time because too many items are now made in China. Such a shame that this is where our clothing is coming from and the brand names are still charging US Made prices. Nice staff here.

A friend said: the one piece of clothing everyone should own is a Pendleton wool shirt. So of course I had to see what the hype is about. My experience in this store was great. Employees answered all of my questions and spent a lot of time with me as I discovered all of Pendleton's wool products. Yes, the employees were a little chatty.. But I didn't feel pressured to buy anything. They just seemed passionate about the products. I was shown shirts, blankets, socks, and water bottles. I left with a single shirt and was very happy. My new Pendleton wool shirt is great. I've actually started bringing it into the office instead of a jacket. It's lightweight, but surprisingly warm. It does the job for those chilly bicycle rides home. The wool is a little itchy when first putting the shirt on, but after a few minutes, the itch is gone. Most people end happy reviews with "I'll definitely be coming back!". But you know, I don't think I'll ever have to. My Pendleton shirt will last me a long time. Maybe I'll come back when I want another.. or maybe a blanket. One things for certain: I'll definitely be recommending this store to friends.

Was there this morning, reminds me of when I was kid and use to go shopping with my mom downtown. Every clerk is dressed nicely, just like the old days. No obnoxious music blaring, and everybody is courteous.
