Prices are high for something that was sold at target for less. Not worth it

Not a lot, if any men's Clothes. A bit pricey, but Tuesday discount for seniors. Women probably like it. The guy behind the counter was playing games on his phone. Didn't say a word or offer to help. Only one dressing room was open, and it was occupied. So I left I won't be back.

There were some nice finds in here (Trina Turk and Tahari dresses were a few that I came across), but I was super confused by the pricing -- designer items had the same price as cheap brands like Old Navy and Target (e.g. Wild Fable and Universal Thread). The shoes were not organized by size, so it was really annoying to try to find something to try on. This was one step up from shopping at a Goodwill. The lighting in the dressing rooms was also atrocious, so nothing looked good on.

Great selection of clothes. Friendly owner. Clean store with lots of parking in the back.

This is a good store if you want to find good branded items. You won't find rock-bottom prices, but they might have brands like J.Crew,J.Jill,Banana Republic,Chicos,Ralph Lauren, and more. The types of items are neatly arranged--jeans,tops,dresses,outerwear, and there are also some housewares as well. There is a good selection of shoes such as Tom's--it amy be hit or miss on sizes, but you can always come back another time. The male employee is friendly and helpful. The clothes all seem to be in good condition.

Pretty small store, mostly mall brand clothes at moderately high prices. Quiet and clean, which is nice. Similar to most other Los Altos Main St secondhand stores

This store dispels all the usual stigmas about thrift stores. It's immaculate, well organized, the clothes are pristine and clean. There is no "thrift store" smell. I bought some Donald Pliner boots for $23, and two cotton blouses for $12 each. The store carries a lot of Talbots/Anne Klein/Chico's/Banana Republic, but since I'm in that demographic it's great for me! I did see a few more trendy, stylish items as well. I shopped during pandemic and owner had set out a table of non-perishable groceries for people to take what they needed. I think that's a really lovely gesture. I will definitely be back.

I was so excited to check this shop out. But felt that I wasn't in the right age range for the clothing sold here. It was geared more towards an older crowd, which isn't a bad thing. Just not up my alley just yet. Prices were higher than the average thrift. So many ladies came in here to chat with the clerk. I found it entertaining.

One of my absolute favorite thrift stores! I always find unique items here at really good prices (often at around $10). The owner is also great and helpful!

I've tried to visit this store during their "open" hours multiple times only to find it closed. Also, I can't find any hours written on the store front itself, only a "will return at" sign set to 30 minutes beforehand, if it refers to the same day at all. I used to like going here when I was in Los Altos but I can't depend on them to be open when Yelp says they are, and they don't tell me their hours. Keep your Yelp page up to date, folks! You're only getting two stars instead of one because I *used* to have good luck here.

I've been a loyal customer if the store for years. I've always taken as many pieces of clothing as I've wanted into the dressing. The employee who works there knows me well. He's never limited my dressing room selections and has been friendly. Today he asked how many items I had. "You are only allowed 6," he said, choosing 6 pieces for me. (I had 10.) "What?" I asked in amazement. "This is a new policy?" "No," he answered. "This has always been the policy. We are now enforcing it." I asked to hang my items and choose the 6 I wanted. I left the 4 others on the rod outside the room. Then he said, "I'm taking these back up" to his desk in the middle of the store. "Can I hang them outside my door?" I asked. "His reply was curt and emphatic "No." "I have to get dressed to come and get the other clothes," I said. " That doesn't make sense." Too bad. That was my problem. It didn't concern him that I had to get fully dressed to walk halfway through the store, only to undress again to try on the new clothes. I could not believe his attitude. Gone was the friendly person I would talk to every Tuesday. I walked out of the store without trying on a thing. I was a regular at this store. I will never step foot in there again. I returned to the store today to make amends. As soon as that same employee saw me he said, "You said you'd never shop here. Why are you here?" I explained I wanted to put the negative in the past. He said, "You gave us a bad Yelp review. I don't feel comfortable having you here." I asked if he was kicking me out of the store. He repeated his statement about the bad Yelp review and his discomfort with me in the store. I asked again, "Are you kicking me out of the store?" He said he didn't want me in the store. I was shocked by his attitude and insistence. I'm taking it as a badge of honor that I stood up for myself. It's unfortunate that an employee feels empowered to order a customer out of a store because of a negative review.

Smallish store with mid-range to upscale recycled clothing and Home goods. Saw some great mall brands yesterday. Storefront looks great, things are well laid out and not too sparse nor too crowded. Prices were decent but not cheap. Attendant greeted me but didn't hover. Nice shop overall.

I really like this store, and have gotten some of my favorite dresses and shoes here. It deals mostly in women's clothing, but has a variety of name brands (Lucky, Mossimo, etc). Some pieces still have the original tags. Many good sales, most dresses under $15. I got a pair of boots for a very reasonable price as well. Would not recommend for much other than clothing... your options would be a little limited.

I never shop secondhand stores for clothes. Never. Until today. I'm so impressed with EcoFash! There's a wide range of brands, with the tag still on many items. The guy behind the counter was the absolute nicest. Walked out with a dress (tag on) and two blouses for $40.
