I've been to many pharmacies before and always got the cold "ticket number" attitude. This pharmacy is nothing like that. There's personality, understanding, kindness and welcoming attitude. I chose this place originally because it was located by my work. Knew nothing about it. It was best decision I've made since moving to Southern California. It's a small pharmacy with a big heart.

Just couldn't tolerate CVS anymore. Long lines with an impersonal attitude. During the Covid Pandemic no one at CVS would help me get my medications delivered. My husband has been using C&H for some time and kept telling me to switch...that Hai and Chinda are fantastic. I didn't switch because I thought it would be too difficult changing my many prescriptions. Hai and Chinda handled that with a aplomb and even delivered my meds to me. I can't say enough about their professionalism and dedication to their clients. This is the pharmacy for me!

Chinda and Hai are amazing pharmacists. They are efficient, fast, and professional and you'll get a personable experience at the same time. Also not only you're getting your prescription; they give you helpful knowledge and answer any questions you have. I highly recommend them and they are also super friendly! Who doesn't like friendly people? The location is also in a nice, cute area in Los Alamitos.

Two very enthusiastic thumbs-up for C&H Pharmacy! I tried getting assistance at CVS and they wouldn't look up the information I needed. But Hai, the pharmacist, went out of his way to find out what needed to be done and got the approval from my insurance. These guys are now the only pharmacy I will go to. Do yourself and the community a favor and shop local with this small business. The customer service alone is worth it! A BIG THANK YOU to C&H but especially to Hai and his med-tech that just happened to order what I needed the day prior!

Super, super, super fast service!! This is exactly what I need as a busy person on the go. I’ve found the pharmacy I’ve been looking for!! Incredibly friendly pharmacists, and very knowledgeable too. Never going back to stand in those long lines at CVS etc. Plus they mentioned that they deliver!! All around awesome!!

I had been with Ross Pharmacy from day 1 until they closed and transferred everything to CVS. Just not the same. Too corporate. I started looking for another independent pharmacy and saw C & H. Stopped in an introduced myself. About a month later, I was "done" with CVS and went back to C & H. I walked in and The pharmacist, Hai, called me by name. I transferred all medications and have always received prompt and personal service. C & H was able to special order one of my meds as the brand CVS had wasn't working and they were unable to shop around. C & H went above and beyond to find a brand that worked. Would absolutely recommend C & H Pharmacy!!!!!

Usually I go to chain stores like cvs or Walmart for the convenience but the service and advice I get from Hai, my pharmacist, makes up for it. I honestly dread going to pharmacies since meds are never ready and lines are unbelievably long, but this pharmacy gets you fast service and it's really nice that they remember you by name. I have a lot of elderly family members that I've already referred to this business due to their home delivery service that super convenient. I've always heard of these cute family owned neighborhood pharmacies and I'm glad I now have one to call my own. Good up the good work!

What an amazing pharmacy. I was searching in the Los Alamitos area and found this cute pharmacy near my doctor's office. I didn't want to go to CVS because the wait time is always long and they're not too friendly so I decided to go to C&H instead. I was pleasantly surprised. The pharmacist Hai was really quick. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and he was super friendly and knowledgeable. He also gave me a free bottle of vitamins and a bottle of water while we were waiting. That's so nice. I will definitely come back here and will also refer my friends and family. Highly recommended if you're looking for quick service and a friendly pharmacist.

Highly recommend this pharmacy! The pharmacist Hai was very friendly and knowledgeable. He got my prescriptions done in less than 10 minutes and had everything in stock. Will recommend my family and friends here.

Not your average pharmacy... Fast? Check. Friendly? Double Check! Honestly, I never really cared where I got my drugs filled, just as long as it got done when I needed to get it done. C&H definitely changed my mind and opened my eyes to what a true pharmacy experience should be! Had a bit of an emergency and yelped for the closest pharmacy nearby and this place popped up. Was a bit skeptical since it was new but those fears were put to bed real quick. Parking was a breeze and the pharmacist (Hai) on duty was faster than the drive thru at McDonald's. Filled my script asap and gave a thorough consult. He even went out of his way to recommend some other over the counter meds that would help which has actually helped out a lot! You don't really get that kind of personalization of care at big pharm chain stores. Definitely will be back! It was also nice not to walk out with a receipt that was 10 pages long too. =)

Found my new pharmacy. The service was fast, but that did not take away from the personal friendly service I received. They pharmacist was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions, and trust me, when it comes to medications, I have A LOT of questions. Overall I was very glad with the service provided.

I was in the area and needed to fill a prescription quickly, I saw C&H pharmacy, and decided to give this a try. They recently just opened, but they did have my medication in stock. This place looks clean and Monday. Parking was easy. They also deliver, which is a plus! Pharmacist Hai was very quick on processing the script and gave me a thorough consult. I, myself, is a pharmacist, but I can see the pharmacist here is very knowledgeable. In addition, he's friendly and approachable. Sometimes, it's better to go to your local pharmacy like this where your pharmacist know you by your first name, and genuinely care about your wellbeing. I'm sick of going to retail pharmacies like CVS, where everyone is in a rush, but, yet, you still have to wait for 15-30 min. If you live around this area, I recommend you fill your prescription here! And you will not want to go back to those big corporate pharmacies ever again
