Where have the good employees gone? The guy behind the counter, that couldn't be bothered to stop talking on his phone, was a jerk. He handed me my slice of pizza sticking halfway out of a hot dog box. When I made a comment, he said they were out of the pizza boxes. But they had them if I wanted two slices? Cuz he did ask me if I was getting one or two with a box in his hand, putting it back when I said one. He didn't say why he was asking when he did it. I might have taken the two just because of the box. I'll drive to the location two miles away before returning to this one that is only around the corner from my home. It used to be so friendly here, what a shame.

I saw this last week and its still there ? lazy 711 is what i call this 711... The guy that works here are lazy they cant even refill hot coffee , if its not every other day its everyday they dont have fresh coffee. And when i said the guy i mean the guy that works as a cashier with his thumb on his phone all the time. Smh dont go here

Don't take debit for LOTTO. Made me use the atm which charges a 3.95$ fee + my bank charged me another 3$ for using a Different atm. Just overall bad experiencing. They saw me pull my card out before they made the tickets and made me go to the atm. Never going back there again.

This location needs to hire new people that will actually keep the place clean. The coffee counter is dirty and does have cups just 2 small and 4-6 medium cups. The guy running it doesn't care, and I agree with other people that do sell expired food. LAWSUIT WAITING TO HAPPEN.

Second time I came here. SUPER UNFRIENDLY staff. I walked in today to buy lotto tickets. The guy was making a sandwich or something and peeked at me after 2-3 min and said, "you need help?" I said "um... yes...I'd like to buy lotto". He didn't move, so I said "NM, I'll go elsewhere". NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN...

7-11 on katella right here in nice cozy location 7-Eleven is a great stop grab me something to drink play some lotto Ibiza snacks water they have pizza here hotdogs here cheeseburger everything I like the location plenty of parking you can buy ice cream even buys you can buy Coldwater cold brew get your cold beer if you need it during these hot days might even want a Slurpee 7-Eleven off here on Katella is a good spot we need snacks we need a chips something fast is the place to be 7-Eleven on Katella they have fresh coffee brewed every day all kind of different coffee what kind of different stuff here it is you can also buy your cigarettes here Keyshia Cole ice cream here and a Slurpee as a quick stop at this location

This 7-11 sold me expired milk yesterday 3/17/2022. The milk expired on February 24 2022 . 21 day's expired. There is never any fresh food in the warmer. The coffee counter is aways dirty.. I hope I don't get sick... This manager keeps selling expired food. The manager needs to go.... Just look at the dates. The chips are 1 year old...

4.9-stars, which rounds to 5-star on a scale limited to the first five natural numbers. The reason they lost 0.1 points is that the last time I went there for a Slurpee only one kind even close to being frozen. On top of that, it was some wack flavor like banana. I would have been a bit more disappointed had I not then realized it was cold and sprinkling rain on and off, and it had been for the last few days. The owner was (probably correctly) expecting to sell few-if-any Slurpees that day. I appreciate the economical value in not wasting batches of Slurpee no one will ever buy. I would have made the same call. I applaud their sensible business practices. However, I cannot comprehend why one would choose such a flavor as the first one to put in the machine that day. As this is a matter of personal preference, I feel like docking a tenth of a point is all that is appropriate.

Saw no masks being worn during my visit, employee didnt even blink when maskless customers walked in. Its pretty obvious this is everyday behavior at this location

Not the best. I took my kids here for red ribbon week to get a free frosted drink and they told us that they don't do that. So I had to drive my kids to a completely different 7/11. The staff was nice about it but this experience really shocked me!
