I like the location of the store. I've been lucky to always get a nice and helpful person that is willing to help. But they definitely need new chairs for customers to sit on. They are torn horribly.

Verizon has declined in both performance and customer service since I've had them as my carrier. My phone broke on Christmas eve which sucked. Carlos made sure my Christmas was completely ruined!! Truly the lowest lying scumbag I've had to deal with at Verizon EVER!!! Not only did he feel it was appropriate to belittle me by repeatedly telling me I am stupid and don't know how technology works. In fairness I'm not super tech savvy, but I've broken enough phones to know the dread of having to set up a new phone. He told me it would take a few hours for all my apps to reinstall. 24 hours later still nothing. I brought the phone back to him 6 hours after I bought it and showed him the Verizon cloud was giving me the error code 10050. He informs me again that I assume I know what I'm talking about and how little I actually know tech and the error code is do to Verizon server being down. Carlos is truly the biggest scumbag! Every lie he told me I caught him in he tried to back peddle and belittled me to cover his lack of character actions!! Disappointed in the service and actions of Verizon and Carlos at this facility!! Truly take your business to anyone else!!

Exceptional service and care at the Long Beach Town Center Verizon store. My sales person was Tyrone. He was very knowledgeable and patient with helping me find the best phone.

Carlos was super helpful and really took the time to explain all the terms of service. Super friendly employee that made the experience enjoyable. It was nice not to be overly pressured. He really helped me find the best plan for my needs. He allowed me to walk out with a smile, confident of my purchase . The other employees were great too! It was nice to see that they were willing to work as a team and help each other out (grabbing items etc.) Solid service!

We're long time Verizon customers.And have been satisfied with Verizon.We had a Sunday, 9/23 appt and while Kyler was assisting us, other customers would come in, Kyle would excuse himself for a few seconds & acknowledged and friendly greeted each customer , explaining how long their wait would be.Kyle was calm and collected as customers kept coming in, not stressed. Very professional. Seriously, Kyler knows his stuff. Customers buying a new phone takes time. They should expect a wait time. My husband's new phone arrived on Thursday 9/28 and again, We had an appt to pick it up at 6pm, &Kylers service, again was a 10 star in our book. Thank you Kyler . We're very satisfied Verizon customers.

This is my favorite Verizon store to go to. The staff is always super helpful and polite, and are never pushy. My most recent visit was to upgrade my dead iPhone 11, and mind you, I am not the greatest with technology. Kyler was so helpful and explained my options. He answered all of my questions and I was all set with a new phone and accessories in less than an hour. I highly recommend this location!

I was having issues with my Apple Watch not having cellular service and Kyler took the time to troubleshoot the issue. He was calm, patient, and personable. His customer service skills are exceptional, he deserves to be promoted. Thanks again Kyler!

What a great experience! Got all my iPhone issues resolved in one visit. The rep, Carlos was so knowledgeable and friendly and answered all my questions. And found out I came at just the right time for a promotion on an iPad, now the proud owner of a new iPad. Have been wanting one forever. Thanks Carlos and Verizon!!
