Went here last Wednesday because my phone was not working despite nothing being actually wrong with it, so one of male workers said my only option was to upgrade. I did, and he told me they only sold bundles (I had to buy the phone,screen protector, and power adapter) however my phone started working again so I ended up returning the new phone to a different store AND that T-Mobile agent at that store told me this store's agent lied to me because it isn't true that I needed to buy a bundle. She told me that she was sorry they lied to me, and that they should not have done that...I am honestly disgusted that this store is doing this, or I am not sure if it's only the male that helped me that does this. Please beware l, I will never come to this store again.

I just wanted to say Chris was very helpful and patient not like the other guy on paramount blvd. He was rude and didn’t want to help with return of internet box he said to call and get label instead of getting the boxes. So i came to this store on Cherry Ave and Chris took his time and help me out.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted! Chris walked over to me and gave me a warm welcome. I came in to the store questions about my bill & Chris & Fredy walked me thru everything. They made sure I understood everything. They treated me like the rest of the customers even though I wasn’t buying anything they didn’t care they took their time with me and changed my experience with T-Mobile. Thank you so much guys!

I walked in the store because I had problems with my phone & I’ve gone to other stores around and no one would help me the way Fredy & chriskell helped me. They made sure I left the store happy. Everyone in the store was so amazing and really made me feel like home there. Typically phone stores mess you over but not this one. They were so helpful & and friendly. I will be sending my friends and family here!

All employees were really helpful especially the store manger Freddy who was a real help who helped me with my difficulty special needs son needed a new phone and he helped me out with a great deal. Ask for Freddy when you go??

Dont come to this T-Mobile I was lied to by the sales person Chris and then the manager Alfred did not want to help me. Chris said that I was going to get 50% off a watch and when I check my bill that was not true they offer a credit over 24 months which I did not know. I got home I check my bill and I still owe every penny did not take off 50% off like Chris said. Alfred the manager said I have to pay a restocking fee of $40 even though I never open the device or left the store. It’s a bait and switch…. Don’t use tmobile

Made the switch from At&t to T-Mobile walked into the store and was greeted and attended quickly by a gentleman who I believe goes by Freddy, made me feel welcomed and took care of us he was extremely helpful I appreciate him greatly he made the switching company process easy and straight forward he was very knowledgeable answered all my questions and explained everything to me thoroughly appreciate him for his helpfulness and professionalism. all the staff on duty were polite and welcoming definitely some of the most professional staff I've seen no complaints at all I've been back to this location a few times after making the switch and I always get greeted with some amazing customer service.

Awesome service, Sarah was so nice and helpful, she helped me out with my cellphone problems and I definitely want to go back and purchase my new Samsung Galaxy cellphone. Sarah than you for your courtesy and time.

Walked in the store and was greeted by an expert . Asked her for assistance and I felt like I am doing them the service instead of me as a long time customer. The offer was like, take it or leave it. No class. They should get better training on customer services.

It's rare I spend my time walking into a location to ask for about an upgrade. But I'm so glad I did! Jasmin Hogan helped us, and in the end walked out with a awesome deal for the brand new iPhone and the new internet! She was so helpful and kind, I highly recommend if you need something taken care of to give Jasmin a call! She's the best! Thanks Jasmin!!!
