I walked in on a Sunday because my phone was stuck on a loading screen.I waited for help from a young woman. She looked at my phone, pressed a few buttons, and said she couldn't help. No resources, no asking a co-worker, completely not interested in helping. Customer service is selectively nice. Not to me though. Frustrating. Went to another store on Bellf & Willow; Mason would not put my phone down until he fixed issue.What a difference in service!

This is my go-to store that's closest to me. I've gone to other closer T-Mobile stores to me nearby, but the service has always been inconsistent. However, here, I've never had any issues. I had to replace my Zagg privacy screen protector. I pay a monthly fee to be able to replace it whenever it gets damaged. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and helped out right away. Quick, easy, and efficient. Diana was very helpful. Parking is easy.

We chose this store for service when we arrived in Long Beach from abroad. The store personnel were very helpful and patient, got our phones sorted for network compatibility, and provided good advice on the most appropriate plan for our one month stay. The staff were professional.. Highly recommend them

This shop is not going to help you. Go some place else. They only want your money and have zero plans to follow through with anything they say.I've had the worst experience this past month dealing with this shop. I turned in a phone ( leased phone) and the associate Maggie, who is no longer at this location who was recently transferred out someplace else during the peak of my phone crisis did nothing to resolve my issue that she caused! These employees have zero follow through and I've dealt with several of them. Alex Has to be the absolute worst at Customer Service though. I came in and asked to speak to a manager, and this young man acted like I was angry at him when in fact, I am extremely frustrated with the entire experience in this was not a direct attack at this young person. I am simply demanding that they help me and he is taking it the wrong way, but has the audacity to tell me how I should be with people that I should not give him lip. I have never in my life had somebody that was working Customer Service tell me that I shouldn't give them lip. excuse me? Who the hell trained these employees? The whole store should be fucking fired. A bunch of incompetent buffoons.This is my 5th trip to this location in one month. Where I've spent over an hour waiting for my issue to get resolved only for them to tell me that it was someone else's fault and that this other person will call and no one ever does then they tell me it was a system error like I'm supposed to be OK with the issue that happened and being billed $300 on my bill. For a phone that I currently don't have because I turned it in. Make this makes sense!!This is the most ridiculous situation, and for this young man to have the audacity to tell me how I should be with people you got me fucked up .

I usually don't write reviews but I've had the worst experience at this location. I went in about 3 weeks ago to get my phone fixed because I wasn't able to make calls or text and Diana Lopez was the one who initially helped me but I had to continuously go back up to the store because the issue would continue once I left. During my last trip up there another associate suggested that I just get another phone since I have a warranty which would have been nice to know originally. After my phone shipped, I was told that it should take 3 business days for me to receive my phone. After the day that I was told it should be delivered goes by, I would periodically call the store to see if they've received my phone. I'm an extremely patient person but after a week goes by with no communication, I call and they keep telling me the same thing which is really becoming an issue because I'm still without a working phone. In the midst of the second week of me waiting for my phone, I call customer service to see if they can tell me if there is a delay in shipping or if there is any information that they can give me. They tell me that my phone was actually delivered the week before and was received by Jessica. I call the next day to make sure that they have my phone before I go up there and they say that they can't tell me any information because they were robbed that morning. I completely understand that it was in no way their fault but this entire situation has been such an inconvenience and I have to wait yet another day to see about my phone so I call again and they're still telling me that they haven't received any shipments until I let them know that I was sent tracking information and that it was received a week prior. When I'm finally at the store...getting my new phone activated was also an issue because the associate who originally started the process did it incorrectly and I had to have someone else fix the issue so I was there for 2 hours and it was just a mess. All in all I would not recommend coming to this store because my experience wasn't that great.

Vanessa went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me with my phone as well as ensured that I not leave without a working phone that I paid zero out the door for as it was an emergency situation and I work for three delivery apps so when the phone I came in did not work as in it needed to be exchanged and was not fixable she got me a phone plan that I could use to get back to work asap as well as made arrangements to replace the broken phone which I plan to do today and now I have two lines making life as an independent contractor for delivery services including Amazon Shipt and Uber eats much easier to stay on top of and keep my accounts separate for tax and business purposes - bravo to the Long Beach TMo store Especially Vanessa and her co workers they literally saved the day when it looked like all hope was lost I came out of the situation better than I ever imagined - I also want to mention that I had attempted to get this issue fixed at another TMo location in cypress California and was not only ignored by the employee who refused to help me and completely ignored me while watching a Lakers game on his cell phone - I left with no answer and feeling hopeless so thankful that I wound up on a delivery literally in front of the long beach store where I was treated with the best customer service I have ever experienced in my life and that is no exaggeration - Vanessa spent HOURS attempting to assist me and when the phone I brought in could not be fixed SHE SAVED THE DAY- BRAVO TO HER BRAVO TO THE LONG BEACH LOCATION THEY ARE AMAZING AND I AM TRULY THANKFUL TO THEM

What brought me here was that my iPhone wouldn't use my data, and thankfully everyone there was super helpful. They tried every possibly solution they could to solve my issue, and even if I was there for quite some time, I knew they were being very thorough, and their solution actually worked and I was able to leave the place beyond satisfied. (If it weren't for their individual critical-thinking and teamwork, I would have had an unnecessary exchange process, and coming right to this place really saved me the trouble). I don't usually go out of my way to consider writing reviews, but they deserve to be acknowledged for their great customer service. They really know their stuff! I would definitely come back to this T-Mobile location again if I ever so happen to need it!

This T-Mobile location deserves 5+ stars! Robert was so helpful in helping us switch over from Verizon and finding what best deals there are for us to be a part of to get new devices. They even have a repair service for broken phones and Carlos thoroughly checked if our cracked phones are able to be traded in. It was such a great experience. Thank you for being patient with us and for helping us with all of our needs and being clear with all the costs associated to our new lines!

Came here to get a possible upgrade. Maggie helped me out with the questions and very polite. I didn’t get the phone because they didn’t have it in stock. I didn’t wait at all, lucky me.I’ll probably come back and get the phone when they have it in stock.It’s in an insane nice plaza with plenty of food to eat. There’s lots of food to eat as well.Parking: tons of parking for days. It can get some jam packed tho.
