Don't bother coming to this store at all if you're looking for any sort of help. I was looking to add a new line and get a new phone and got completely hand waived... Was told to call customer service! This store is a joke, I'm not even sure what the employees do here. Been a customer with t mobile for over 7 years and have always had great service, am really surprised at how bad the service is at this location, very unlike t mobile.

Employee claims that T mobile stores only allow ONLINE shipping phone returns . Which is obviously a lie . All over the T mobile website you can clearly see that you can do IN STORE returns. She was literally doing nothing in there. It's obvious it's because she wouldn't get any commission for that service. So don't bother coming here if you aren't buying something cause they don't care! :)Go to a better one.The lady has tattoos with blondish/ reddish long hair

I went into the store today with my daughter and her phone had froze couldn't undo it Kim inside the store at 4512 Atlantic lb ca took care of my daughter right away and we were out in 2 min I love going to this store

Wow i had such a great experience at this tmobile store with trading in my old phone and getting a new iphone 13 pro max! Thanks and a big shoutout to the two girls working there that helped me and handled everything for me, Ms Elizabeth and Ms sandy !!! Great customer service, great help, and all around good workers. Who’s managing this place? These two employees have to deal with customer attitudes all day because they have no leadership there. If any employee here is reprimanded for poor customer service, that reprimand should return to sender who left them hanging. There’s no sign in so you could literally wait hours there just to be told they can’t help you. One employee goes on break without notice and other employee has no idea when she will return. And hey buddy by not? That’s what happens in the absence of leadership and may in fact have been done intentionally so as to raise a red flag on the need for assistance. One customer said she spent 6 hours there that day! And I thought three was a lot! T Mobile needs to re evaluate their budget. A T-Mobile commercial damn near every 5 minutes but can’t afford to keep every store managed properly? Free iPhones for all T Mobile employees!!!

Came in to pick up my replacement phone , usually I have great service but today Sandy was in a hurry to get people out it was 7:18 p.m. and they don't close till 8:00 p.m. she was no help at all it seemed my phone was sent back after being here for just 1 day she didn't bother to contact customer service for me just said sorry there's nothing I can do and that was that. Worst experience ever

Employees are not friendly at all. They seem like they don’t want to be there or much less help you. As customer I did not feel welcomed. From now on, I’ll be going to next closest store on Carson and Cherry instead.

This store is kinda on the medium size. Some are larger and some are smaller. The service here is great and they usually have a good stock of what they offer. But when they're busy, you be waiting a while.

I arrived at 7:15 to upgrade & purchase 3 iPhones, this location is a bit further as I live in downtown lb but our locations were closed . 1st off let's just say these employees are lazy & waste time so it couple hurry & be 8pm . I've never meet employees trying to avoid a sale so much which I find funny since y'all get only hourly + commission . They basically gave me every excuse on why I couldn't upgrade smh . Ultimately I walked out due to the poor customer service believe the 1 star idk how they received anything past 2 stars.

I don't know who is in charge but they need to speak to Wendy who works there . She does not know how to speak to her customers nor does she know how to do her job. if you guys take a look at the cameras on how she was leaning and putting her head almost to the desk while she was helping me today 12/15/21 at 4pm .. not only was she giving me attitude the whole entire time and did not want to help me. When she got on the phone with customer service even the customer service lady called her out and told her look I'm just trying to help you out..that's when I had to say something about her behavior and asked her if she needed to get someone else to help me .. just completely ridiculous Wendy needs to be working for somebody else because she obviously hates her job and don't care about it or her customers .. and her pink eyelash was all falling off I think that's why she was mad

Worst customer service. I came in to pay a phone bill, the lady happily helped and told me she'd be back with my change. I was left for a good 5-10 mins waiting for my change. Not once did I get told they were just short on change. The girls working were walking like they were lazy and I didn't have other places to be. In the end they didn't have a single dollar bill. What company doesn't carry any change??? T-Mobile please retrain your employees to be more friendly and faster. The employee who helped me was named Guadalupe
