Tried to get a new phone they told me I qualified for a promotion if I add a line it will cost nothing but I'm stuck paying $20 a month for that line. These people are masterful liars especially the male staff. Avoid this store if you care about being lied to! There's nothing they won't do for a sale pure desperation

What a great experience. I was switching from AT&T to T-mobile after their horrible customer service and exuberant prices. I got extremely lucky to get Annie D. She was not only excellent at getting me a wonderful price but also helped me to fight AT&T to unlock my phones even though they were fully paid for. She spend over 5 hours to fight in order for AT&t to finally release my phone and pin code. Anyone else would have probably told me to go and deal with AT&T myself and once the phone lines were released to come back. She also helped me to move all data and even upload Netflics for me. I ended up getting almost $1500 back as well. Marshia, her manager was also wonderful. Both ladies are number 1 in my book. I will be referring everyone from now on to this store and to Annie. Thank you again for a wonderful experience.

I went it to pay my bill an Manny was giving me a very hard time I wanted to get my privacy screen put on my phone because I had insurance for it but because I went to a different store before an he didn’t want to give it to me because it was clear at the time an the store was out of it at the time he was really just rude an I felt really uncomfortable with him I feel tmobil need to do a better job with who they hire an this is very unacceptable

Absolutely outstanding customer service from Manny. Was having such a rough day (stolen phone and all) and he managed to help me with my claim, set up a new SIM card, and I left feeling truly cared for. That’s extremely rare these days, but Manny nailed it and I’ll be a customer for life.

The T-Mobile employees and (other company which l will not mention here) are the best employees on earth. I have never had anyone rude, frustrated, in the contrary they are kind, patient, easy going with a cherry on top of professionalism. I am very happy to be a T-mobile customer.

I went a few days ago and all I can say is such an amazing experience! All the workers there were friendly and helpful. While I was there was this lady giving them a hard time and they did such a good job handling the situation. I will definitely go back againI appreciate the crew for working hard and especially the guy name Many for helping me in my experience of purchasing a new phone. Great job!

If I could give this 0 stars I would I had just bought a new iPhone 5days ago and yesterday being the 4th day my new phone glitched I came in today because this should not be happening to exchange my phone. I didn’t want an upgrade or different model I wanted the exact same phone that wasn’t defective, they tried to have me recreate the glitch for a few minutes when I couldn’t they told me I would have to pay 70 dollars to replace my phone. They told me that the glitch was probably from under pop ups and there’s nothing they can do, when I pointed out that that isn’t normal none of my other phones have ever had that problem especially when they are new, and that they should just exchange it for free since they gave me a defective product they refused, I called corporate and EVEN corporate told me not to go back there, that what they were saying was incorrect. You know it’s a bad store when corporate recommends you to STAY AWAY. Spare yourself and choose a different location for any or your needs.
