I want to say Judy is the best customer service representative at T mobile she took the extra time to help me with my new phone and took the extra time to stay late and set up my phone for me I appreciate her so much she is very professional and she does a amazing job

It's always disheartening to see a store that provided such great service and convenience shut down. I understand that these decisions are often based on various factors, but it does affect the convenience and accessibility for customers in those areas.

The stores themselves have a very inviting and modern atmosphere. I never feel rushed or pressured to make a purchase, and the staff is always happy to answer any questions or concerns I may have. Brett was very helpful on my last visit

I recently switched to T-Mobile and I couldn't be happier with my decision! From the moment I walked into their store, I was greeted with a friendly vibe and a warm welcome. The customer service team at T-Mobile is truly outstanding. They are knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to go above and beyond to help their customers.

This location messed up my account. I was on a legacy phone plan (T-Mobile One) in which I paid $65/month for service for myself. This week, I requested to add an additional line and to buy a new phone for my partner at this store. The person who "helped" us at this location said that there's a promotion to get $800 off certain Android phones if you add a line. Sounded good to us, so my partner paid taxes and activation fee on a new phone we purchased in store and she gets a new phone line. 4 days later...got my bill. I'm expecting it to come out to $130. It came out to $180. It included a monthly equipment charge. We were never told that the credit would be applied in monthly installments over two years, not all at once like we were led to believe. The worst sin was the employee NEVER telling us that in order to get the new lines and get the $800 promo - they needed to upgrade my plan. Which I NEVER CONSENTED TO BECAUSE I WAS NEVER TOLD ABOUT IT. I'm now trying to fix things with T-Mobile corporate because even if I were to cancel the new line and return the phone, they can't put me back on the T-Mobile One plan. Thanks to this location for irrevocably f*cking up my T-Mobile account. Unscrupulous beyond belief.

If I could give this store 0 I would the girl that works the night shift on Tuesdays is horrible I wish I got her name she was a manager though I know that for sure anyway, she made every possible excuse not to help me with a phone exchange mind u I was still within the 14 day window she told me to contact customer service over the phone that only they would be able to help me then kept “having trouble” pulling up my account because she couldn’t find it, then when I finally told her I was going to another store she finally was able to pull up my account and print out the receipt for me so that the other store could help me because she said there was nothing she could do unbelievable she didn’t even try and to top it off another employee who works there was saying we were required to have our receipt in order to help us when they easily pulled it up for us the moment we said we were leaving. I understand I need to have a receipt I do but the fact that they were able to pull it up so easily and made a big deal was shocking to me … they just didn’t want to help from the start I could feel the attitude being given to me … I went to the T-Mobile in Lakewood center and wow I gotta give them a 10 out of 10 way better customer service and super fast they helped me right away and no trouble or having to call customer service. I mean isn’t it better to go to the t mobile store directly then to call customer services over the phone for a phone exchange? It just doesn’t make sense for future reference I suggest anyone to go to Lakewood location because on pacific coast that location is lazy and they don’t seem to care whether u get a good deal or they have a satisfied customer. I will never go back to that one again.

I have been a customer at t mobile for a while. I left and tried another company and immediately came back to t mobile. Judy has been a wealth of knowledge and has walked me through every step of my upgrades. She always takes care of all my phone needs. I drive 30 minutes to come to this particular store because everyone is very helpful. If you are thinking of upgrading or changing companies, you definitely need to stop by this store. The store manager Kat also steps in and make sure all the customers are taken care of.

Went in Assistant manager Michael was soooooo rude. Kept cutting me off, over and over. I'll spare you the details, but I told him he could fuck off and I guess that hurt his feelings. Refused me service called the police. Funny. While I waited for them to arrive I see this sloppy guy putting things on a low shelf and I have to see his plumbers crack. Tidy up Michael, you are in customer service. Asked to have the manager call me that never happened. Usually have good experiences at the store but not this time.
