T~Mobile is a REALLY bad Cell Phone company, they over charge me EVERY month 100.00 dollars for a cell phone and a IPad. They sent me a bill for 834.00 dollars this month. I wouldn't recommend T-Mobile to ANYBODY. Check out Verizon or AT&T. I'm beyond tired of T~Mobile, this is my last month with them.

I was discriminated against by the store Manager who showed no impathy, no mercy for a handicap at 141 Willow in Long Beach, CA between 5 and 6 pm on October 11, 2021...I went in the Store to purchase a charger. I have a handicap.There was a Spanish Couple in there looking for a phone when I first walked in. I passed the two up and asked the kind assistant Manager ( who was very nice) to help me to pick out the correct charger so he did.Once he helped me find the correct charger he kindly sat the charger on the counter so once he or the Nice young lady who was helping the customers in their line I would be next to be helped.Finally the young lady finished with the customer ahead of me. As I proceeded to go pay for my charger, the Store Manager rudely came over to me and told me I had to wait because he had two customers who were next. I explained to him I have a injured Spine and I could only stand for so long without my walker. He showed no concern and put the couple ahead of me...caused me to have to suffer and wait 15 extra minutes of which it only took me three minutes to pay for my charger once I finally made it to the front which caused me Spinal pain..Which caused me to have to go out to my Car and get my Walker due to I'm limited how long I'm able to stand. He put the Hispanics ahead of me of which he is Hispanic and I'm black.

I love Tuesdays at T-Moble for the free stuff. They're running low on iPhone 13, I am due for an upgrade. This store is convenient to my home customer service is not always the best, but better than a lot of other T-Mobile stores.

Ivan the manager at this T-Mobile is a professional, courteous and knowledgeable manager. I have been to this store several times and he always greeted me with "hi welcome to T-Mobile." and "how can I help you today." Ivan fixed my Alcatel hot spot in what appeared to be seconds and had me out the door real fast. I can appreciate Professionalism! Thank you Mr. Ivan...

Was it no help sad help someone didn't show any way the Associates didn't say anything just went out the business of helping the customers I could be wrong but I'm never going back at least I'm not going back to this one there are other reasons why but I don't like to give overly bad a review so we'll just give it a one-star and leave it at

Went inside looking for a new iphone and ended up getting a free iphone in addition to the one i purchased. Wendy was a big help and i wouldn't have known about the promotion if it weren't for her. Excellent customer service and new regular customer!

Came here yesterday around 6:00 pm to trade in and upgrade my phone. I tried to receive help from the employee - Wendy. Wendy was very confused and every time we asked her literally any question, she would go up to another employee for the answer. She also could not find our account when searching with our phone number. We walked away to a gentleman who was working instead, (I forgot to get his name but he was great) and he found our account and helped me get my phone. He was surprised from our numerous questions and wondered why they were not answered during the time we spent with Wendy. As for cleanliness, this place gets a 10/10 and it's the biggest phone store I have been in. They also were the only one in the area that had the iPhone 12 Pro Max in stock, I was grateful.

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Know who to hire. The people working here know nothing near to great customer service. I tried speaking with the manager Sam or Samy about issues I've had here but he is so irresponsible. He never returns my calls. I even tried personally speaking with him but it's always a "he's busy" or "I'll let him know" and nothing. Aside from this, the store has no AC so it feels really stuffy and the floors are so dirty as if they haven't been cleaned in so long. If stuff is not fixed, I doubt this store will last longer before it gets shut down.

Will never go here again. Inattentive workers. Lack of seating for disabled. Was there in line for over 30 min and had to leave.

We were waiting for the store to open so we could get a pool float . There was a woman who was first and we were second. Well when they opened the woman went in to be helped from the associate. When the associate realized she wanted a new phone. He should have asked us what we were waiting for and helped us first because we were only there for the pool float that took no more then a couple of minutes. So we had to wait over 15 minutes for another employee to come in to help us.Ridiculous.Me and my husband are looking to upgrade ,but we won't be going to that location ever again.... the other location on Pacific coast highway and Xemino are always nice and they have always helped the people that just wanted the free item so I will be going to that location....

Dec 24, 2021 - I updgraded my phone to 12 pro max and purchased black silicon case worth $49 which I paid in full - I wanted the clear case but they don't have it on stock that day. so the lady that helped us told me that I can replace the case (no definite time given) just bring the box and receipt. Today 1/10/2021 - I called if they have clear case on stock and the lady that I spoke with said and yes - and I told her about replacing the case and she said that's an incorrect info given by her coworker and advise me to go in store and fix the issue. I arrived in store, the guy in front didn't let me talk to the girl I talked on the phone and didn't give me option just told me my 14 day had passed. I left pissed and I wasted time and $49 fot the case that i dont want initially! Sales rep number who helped me on 12/24/20 ends in 395 All I wanted is for my $49 plus tax CASE to be worthy! And not sitting in a cabinet useless - as if I'm just throwing money like that during this time! After I left - I called the store number multiple times it looks like they're not busy but no one is answering my call!!!

To much ego now and days . My phone stopped working purchased brand new. made payments and all. loyal customer for years . Jazmine does not know what she's doing . Unable to help me with a warranty because a guy with a flash light said he can't see some kind of seal thinking I changed the screen or something . Not knowing I still have the box the paper work from my purchase and we been loyal for years me and my mother been a customer for 25 years . Smh . Waste of my time and 300$ were switching carriers.
