I am sitting here for about an hour now. I came out to dash on my last bit of gas. Made $15 and then made the mistake of coming to this place to fuel up and keep on making money. One of their pumps malfunctioned while I was making a payment, and I could not get gas while the money was taken out of my account. I found that out because i drove right across the street, and my account was empy, so i came back and oarked at a different pump. I came in to ask for help, and 3 of these employees not only did not help but are trying to imply something fraudulent while refusing help. I am out of money and gas, my friend is watching my kids, and I can't get home, and these people are refusing to do their job. The pump I first tried to pump at made an alert sound for a good 30 minutes and when I asked one of them to check, he flat put refused, stating that thru don't hear anything on their end. Another one was questioning how I was able to move the car while my gas was on empty... it will still drive for a few miles.. the third one got red in the face that I was only at the pump 7 and never on 10 ( the one that malfunctioned). They obviously didn't know how to use the pos in this situation, and none of them bothered to even look into that. So I am just here stuck at a gas station waiting for anyone who knows how to work to come and looking up attorneys as I am losing work by the minute.
Close to 2 hours now and about to call the police

The property owner should maintain the parking lot or hire a 3rd party to apply a water pressure on the ground. Inside its even more disgusting, thankful for lysol. The employees are very rude and they appear to be frustrated with life and aggressive. Go across the streets the Indians are much more nice .

I have fuel rewards with 25 cents off each gallon. Pumped 80 bucks put my number in but it did NOT honor my fuel rewards like other shells do. Cashiers where clueless on helping me out. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!

I would give this place a big ZERO if I could!Stopped in last night around 10:30 PM, and purchased a shower because Shell has partnered with Pilot and I’ve never had poor travel service at a Pilot truck stop, yet this was the armpit of their flagship!The shower cost $15 and they do not have towels, so I had to run back to my van and grab my own towels and bleach as they only sprayed some pink stuff everywhere. The shower area is about 8X12, poorly lit with a pool of dirty water in a very slow draining main drain in the center of the room. The water was hot and had a good sink with a fog less mirror, yet overall this was almost like a old school KOA Camp ground cesspool from the 90’s; upon entering the mens restroom, the smell of urine hits you filled by the gauntlet of filthy urinals. The lack of ventilation I suspect is the cause of the humidity and urine stench. There was also inadequate ventilation in the shower area as well!I would avoid this place AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

Yes, the place is racist, I applied here 2x never got hired. Hear it is a gay hook up spot. Only get gas here with my fuel rewards discount. Sketchy neighborhood lots more homeless. Rarely go here, since they are unwelcoming racists.

Got gas at 7pm on a Sunday while the sun was still out. I had to go inside to pay for gas on my card. The cashier (I think her name was Alexis) was super super nice.
