Super Racist. A bottle of water fell out of the cooler because someone didn’t put it back properly and cashier made my friend of a different race pay for it - even though it they weren’t even involved. When I tried to intervene and discuss the issue, the cashier said “you people” do things like this all the time.

I've only come in here to purchase scratchers and have gotten the same clerk every time (perhaps just 1 employee or the owner). Anyhow, every time he has been rude as hell with his nose buried in his phone, doesn't greet any customers and can barely hear him when he states the amount. He also doesn't make eye contact. Such poor customer service!

I've had issues with the beardie hat guy a couple of different times. What a total p***** Like, I get that you're 50 and work at a gas station, but don't take that out on the rest of the world.

Every bad thing I've read on here about this place is true! The guy that works here is a complete and total j**** Never in my life have I ever had a station worker reject my request to use their air machine, never, until I came to Scotty's. I woke up and realized I had a flat tire, I live around the corner and thought, I'll go to the closest gas station to get some air before taking it to the shop to be replaced. It's 2018, I don't have cash on me, so I asked the station worker to turn on the air (like I've done numerous times in my life without issue). After I ask, the worker proceeds to argue with and ask me where I get my gas. Confused, I tell him "I don't need gas, I need air" and ask again for him to turn on the air. He ask's again and won't say anything else until I answer. I tell him I have a flat and need air, and he says I need to pay him. At this point I am flabbergasted by this and am in disbelief that I need to pay to get air in my flat tire. Having no choice, he charges me $1 and I pay on my card. This was the most ridiculous experience I've ever had at a gas station in my life and although I live 2 blocks away, I will never support this shitty establishment again. First and last time I go in there.

Horrible customer service. I'm tired of giving the middle aged guy with brown hair my money. He's ride!!! It's happened to many times now. I had to post. Maybe someone could help him with some customer service skills.

This place should not be in a neighborhood like Belmont Heights. It brings in so much riff raff. Loud people, loud cars and motorcycles. Loud radios. All Day and all night. Customers and owners are completely inconsiderate of the neighborhood. It attracts homeless people who pee in the alley behind it. Not only the homeless but many customers do the same thing. Lots of peeing going on behind the building. The owner and employees all smoke inside the little store. It stinks something awful. This place needs to be shut down!!!!!

Excellent convenience store, good gas, clerks give off a bit of an uncomfortable vibe. Maybe because there are too many weirdos running through there? Either way, no big deal. Solid place.

Came in here all the time as it's close for me. Today one of the guys I don't normally see was there and was a complete a$$hole to me. Wouldn't give me his name, said he owned the place. If that's the case, won't be coming back. Thanks for making my Sunday morning start off like this

The guy who works here at the counter is a straight j**** I can't tell if he's races or just has a miserable life ... I don't know what his name is and I don't care. He looks like he's in his 40s- 50s, white guy.... If you hate that place so much don't work there. Every time I go in he doesn't greet me I don't get a hi or smile. I think he might just be racist or judge mental. Because a blonde walked in behind me and she was greeted and even assisted. I couldn't even get him to give me a smile or even look at me. When he was ringing me up it seem like it was killing him. Sorry buddy you're the one who wants to work at a gas station. This guy is a weirdo and shouldn't be anywhere where he is dealing with customers. My boyfriend just went in today and he wouldn't let him slide on 25 cents.... So he went to 7-Eleven and we will take our business there for now on, even though we live around the corner! Don't waste your time on this dump.
