Never ordering a birthday cake here again, they misplace my order sheet, I called a day ahead they told me they had found the order sheet and it would be ready in the morning. When my wife showed up for pick up they had misplaced the sheet again and gave her the run around. Luckily my wife had the copy, however their cake image machine was mysteriously broken and the cake wasn't able to be made the way I ordered it. After about an hour to an hour and a half of rude interactions and settling for whatever they could actually make to try to fulfil the order, a cake was in hand. Essentially if it wasn't for my spouses tenacity my daughter wouldn't have a birthday cake for her birthday.

The parking lot configuration is not ideal. When approaching the store going northbound on P.CH. You don't have to use the entrance to the parking lot using the light. Go past it and there's a driveway entrance. I don't suggest doing this during high volume traffic times. This is entrance has a post telling you that you can only make right hand turns onto P.C.H when leaving. I don't suggest braking the law but most people ignore this and I again warn you to not do this in traffic congested times.

The food selection at this store is pretty good. The service staff the night I visited, however, were unfriendly and seemed unwilling to engage in polite conversation as I was checking out. Not was the cashier dismissive (observation based perceived via non-verbal cues since she didn’t talk nor respond to my attempts to converse with her), the woman bagging groceries was aloof as well. I only stop at this store if I have to. I much prefer the one located on Seal Beach Blvd. in Seal Beach.

Always disappointed with the level of service here. I few months ago I order items online from this store, not only were things wrong, they didn't answer phones, they overcharged me for items, and shorted me on weights across the board. Buyer beware.
Today, they overcharged me on berries. They got upset that I asked for a refund on the difference and when the cashier helped me, she got upset at me for telling the next customer that the berries were a different price.
I have never been so nervous about shopping at a grocery store. Check all the prices, and double check them, this is a pattern of behavior of shady and predatory business practices. Also please retrain cashiers like Cathy on customer service.

I love going to this Ralph’s because it’s big and close to my home. The one negative about it is some of the female cashiers are VERY rude (besides the VERY nice lady working self checkout at 4:40 pm on 04/04/2024) ! If you have personal issues to work out, please do it in private! Customers don’t need to feel your negative energy!

I went to Ralph's Marina b/4 7am, and both Handicaped were taken by 2 vans with the windows covered. I went back after 10a, both were in the same spot, both had handicap plates, covered windows like they were living inside. Would really like to SHOP and be able to park in handicap.
Not fair for people to park longterm in the handicap spaces by the door.. I'll go to shop down the street if this continues. Thank you..

This feels a little odd leaving a review for a grocery store, and I don't often shop here, but it's a huge store that has everything you need. My favorite amenity is that it's open super late at night, 1 AM. This is my go-to store at night! They have it all, whether it's the large deli, pharmacy, or bakery section. The produce section is also large on the right side of the store. Ralph's is generally my favorite store to go to for wine as well, and they have like 2-3 aisles of choices, which is insane! Recently, they added a new way to check out on the self-checkout aisle. You scan your item and place it on the conveyor belt, which goes to the bagging section. I don't know is a convenient thing or just a security add-on. The Marina Pacifica shopping center is huge and has plenty of parking as well.
