We have been coming here for quite some time and have always received excellent customer service. They do a fantastic job at a fair price. Today, Dan really took good care of us. This is our "go to" auto repair store and I totally recommend this place to anyone. They're awesome.

This store is the best! I bought tires there a few years ago and they did a great job. I still have the tires on the car and have had to go back there for tire pressure checks etc and they are always extremely courteous and helpful. Today my Tire pressure light was on and I stopped by to have them take a look and we discovered I had picked up a screw in my tire Even though they had a full schedule they managed to squeeze be in and I only had to wait less than two hours to have my tire fixed at no charge. Dan, the manager was most helpful and delivered outstanding service. I was in customer service for 50 plus years while working, and I really appreciate good service, which sadly is not so common in many businesses these days. I'll be back here when I have to replace my tires for sure. Thanks Dan & Crew

Carlos is the man! I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. He and his team did a great job in a timely manner. I will be going her from now on. I highly recommend this place.

Came here in March 2024 to change a tire on my work truck. The assistant manager Leo helped me. I told him it was a fleet vehicle and I produced a fleet maintenance card and he made a profile with my name and basic information and I left my truck while I grabbed something to eat. They never called me back to tell me the vehicle was ready so I showed up 15 min before closing and that's when Leo told me the vehicle was ready. He told me the total owed and I reminded him it was a fleet vehicle and that it should be covered. He seemed a little shocked at which point he went to go get his manager Dustin. At first Dustin seemed a little impatient and told me the importance of disclosing maintenence memberships before any work can be done. At this point I told him that I had told Leo and even produced a fleet card. Dustin asked Leo if this was true and he told his manager that I didn't right in front of my face. I understand everyone makes mistakes but why lie about it and not simply admit the simple small mistake? I was pretty pissed off to say the least. Dustin offered to re-submit the ticket order the next day because they where closing but I needed my work truck early next morning so i offered to pay. Seeing how visibly upset I was Dustin offered to cover the cost. Because of this gesture I decided to give them another chance and give them my buisness when I got a flat and took the tire in to have it repaired/ replaced in July. I had gotten a disposable box cutter blade in my tire and took it in. Leo helped me once again. Everything was polite, he took down my fleet card info and said he would let me know if it could be repaired. The next day he gave me a call and told me it was repaired. I came in on a Saturday to have the tire placed back on. Again I saw Leo and he showed me the tire. I inspected it and to my surprise the blade was still embedded in the tire. When I showed him he politely responded "Well it's holding air, we can put it back on." The asst. manager does not understand the responsibility of his position or the liability involved in this industry and in my opinion should not be in this line of work. I explained to him that a tire blowing on the road could lead to property damage, injury, or even death and that in no circumstance should the tire be placed on a vehicle. I told him to replace the tire and call me when it was ready. I went to have the tire put back on on a Saturday, it only took an hour. Everytime I've come here I've either had a bad experience or seen others having a bad experience. The only time i got a call about the progress/ completion of the work was when Leo called me to say the tire was repaired even though the blade was still in the tire. All other times ive had to call and ask. I'm never coming here again.

Outstanding, don't worry as the current store manager, Dustin Rodriguez and his staff will take very good care of your vehicle. I know when it's time for additional work needed on my car and so does Dustin so when additional work is needed, I consult with Dustin and come to mutual agreement. To Dustin's boss / manager, don't bother to look for a replacement as Dustin is one of the GOOD guys!!!

I bought a Groupon for an oil change at this location. I came in on a Monday around 9:35ish... was quoted 2 hours. I was okay waiting and went to local stores to kill time. Came back, and my vehicle wasn't in the bay. It's now 12:55pm, and my car is finally up for an oil change. I called the location (no one was in the front), and they said we saw you walk up, so I had my technician start working on it immediately. They said it would take an additional 30 mins......

We took our vehicle in for an oil change, but there is some long overdue maintenance that it needed. Staff at Mountain View, took the time to thoroughly explain each service and the benefits of having it done, including Replacing tires that had a dangerously low tread. Their services were reasonably priced and promptly and professionally handled. Now our car runs like new!

I have been taking my cars to Mountain View Tires for more than 10 years. I began at the Eagle Rock location and now that I am in Long Beach I use this location. The service is always great. I completely trust their work on my cars.

Carlos Perez the Assistant Manager helped me out a fuel system cleaning. I like the BG brand system they use. Rob the technician has almost 30 years of experience. I recommend this team for that service. Great job guys!

It took three times for me to get my car serviced for an oil change and tire rotation. This store or MountView seem to be going thru some changes with staff and being under staffed. I like the store because it is convinient to my house. But if it takes too much time. I will start to go elsewhere.
