I’ve taken my 2008 Buick Lecrosse to this facility approximately three times. Each time I received good service. Also, each time I called, if my call isn’t answered, Mr.Arturo always respond to my messages,Ms.Endra whom work the front counter is very polite and professional.

Great people, once you get past the wait line they work pretty quickly. While some other mechanics wasted my time and money. These guys had my car fixed in couple days.

I went to this shop for suspension problems on a 22 year old Lexus full size sedan and I’m happy to say that the car is repaired and back on the road as good as new. I would definitely recommend this shop because they were very knowledgeable, a little under budget and on time with good communication about the work.

I am grateful to this shop for having sent my big Toyota to the junkyard, twice they never knew how to put my Toyota on time, I went to change the timing belt as part of the service, it looked very bad and they tried to fix the bad adjustment by raising the RMP, I came back and They reviewed it and charged again, bad service and bad attitude from the owner..
I will never return and I do not recommend this type of thieves…?

An interesting experience. Arturo and his staff were great. I got decent service at a reasonable price. However, the service I got was unsatisfactory. I had to have the work redone. Not properly trained or knowledgeable for imported vehicles. I had to show them myself personally how to install a simple job. I went to school at UEI back in the 90s, became ASE certified mechanic, and now, I am semi retired.My only advice. Is to always check the work no matter who does it and ask questions if something doesn't seem right. It's better to be safe than sorry.

Owner of the place is rude. He thinks because he's the owner, he can talk to anyone the way he wants. I don't recommend doing business with him

I DO NOT USUALLY MAKE COMMENTS EITHER GOOD OR BAD BUT IT IS NECESSARY AND I UNDERSTAND THAT THOSE WHO MAKE GOOD COMMENTS DO NOT KNOW MUCH ABOUT STEERING SYSTEM ALIGNMENT PROBLEMS BUT THEY ARE HAPPY WITH BEING KINDLY STEALED FROM THEM.
THE POINT IS THAT
IF YOU ASK, HOW MUCH DOES THE ALIGNMENT COST? IT IS SUPPOSED TO INCLUDE WHAT RESPECTS THE ALIGNMENT OF YOUR CAR ? BUT HERE THEN THEY CHARGE YOU MUCH MORE $$ FOR THE SAME WORK.
EAT ON GUYS!!
AND THEY GIVE YOU A PRICE OF $95 AND THEY STEAL $50 OR MORE
