I stopped by yesterday to trade in a Nintendo switch, and they quoted me around $100, but I forgot one of the parts so I had to come back. This afternoon I went again and brought the console and a game and they quoted me $80. I assumed maybe the price had just gone down, but it turns out they actually rang it up as an XL 3DS, not a switch. So I guess pay attention because they're not going to?

I looked up where to buy baseball cards because I'm getting into baseball cards again it's not about age it's about the money so anyhow I see that they had baseball cards so I went in there and sure enough they had a box of baseball cards but that was it one box and I bought it everything else was Pokémon and I'm seeing there's a lot of money in them cards too might have to get into those I didn't really want to but I think they supersede baseball cards if the money's all that anyway it was a neat little place everyone was happy it was filled with kids and the two guys working behind the counter were all right they seemed to know what they were doing, anyhow that was my experience at GameStop is really not much in there for the regular adult so I don't see too many normal adults going in there it's mostly filled with kids.

I go to this store long time ago in 4 years I buy destiny 2 the guy is rude . Also last year I went there again I said do you have dirt 5 the other guy was rude too he said no like he have a attuide I tough is a good store but not anymore I do Amazon next time

Don't bother going to this location, horrible customer service. I purchased two items on the Gamestop website on 9/27/22 and received the items two days later 9/29/22. The day I received them, the items went on clearance. I tried returning one item and was told by the guy behind the counter that the item was final sale because it is on clearance. I informed him that I ordered it two days prior and paid full price, but he refused to return my item. I suggest you visit another location if you want good customer service.

I just walked in to pick up a dragon ball game and I was helped by Raymon and Carlos super cool people, I’ve never walked into a GameStop with out feeling this welcome! These guys are awesome Thank you both again!!!!

The worst costumer service I've ever experienced. Never will I ever buy anything at that location. They charge me double for a headset. Their employees made me feel like it was my fault especially Eduardo. He made me go twice until the supervisor was there..
