Just hit this shop today and was pretty happy. Got a new controller and some other clearance items… why not, bogo. I only play PSO2 NGS so I was only looking for a controller with mappable buttons. Oh! I’m on Xbox. Anyway… Patrick was super helpful. The controller was fairly easy to map. I couldn’t get it to work and then found that you have to completely exit out of the app after mapping and then unplug and plug it back in. Then it works….

its December 26 2023 . I have been waiting outside since 9am . store hours say open at 9am & this location is still not open. this is unprofessional as a business .

I’ve had issues with warranties and unhelpful employees at this location before. However, I was helped by Patrick today. Super knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely changed my opinion about this store. I don’t know if he’s a manager, but he should be.

Painfully slow and woefully inept. If you are the only customer there it will be taking you 30 minutes to get rung up. I understand upsales are your business model but when a customer tells you I get it thank you no take the hint and stop asking. I've had to just put down what I want and leave so many times as each customer takes 30 minutes minimum just to buy a pre owned controller. Get it together guys you are losing so much money due to being so slow. 3/4s of rhebstore is on clearance because you cant buy anything it's not the prices thar are the issue it's the goofs in the front and running the place

This store doesn't honor their promotions. Went to get a buy 2 get 1 free promo and they claimed they wouldn't do price match even though I showed them multiple proofs of folks online price matching at other GameStop stores. When asked for the specific policy in writing they said they didn't have it and it was up to the manager's discretion. Stay away from this place.

I understand that corporate tells you to be that pushy about renewing the membership but I think saying that you don't want to should be clear enough. Otherwise, great stock at this store and fast check out

Bought a ps5 and was helped on the phone and in person by Morgan who was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and funny. A true professional in customer service.

I been shopping at game stop a long time but I just had something really messed up with my account happen. I had to call customer service and put in a request. Seriously mismanagement of my account, personal information and finances. I'm hoping that GameStop customer service is able to compensate me for the mistake that happened on their end that Included talking a grandparent into paying for someone else's power up reward account that somehow got affiliated with mine. If anyone from GameStop reads this. Reply to this review, we'll work this out and I will gladly delete my review. I'm a long time very respectful customer but peoples personal accounts aren't to be messed up and grandparents that don't have know what's goin on shouldn't be taken advantage of.
