The service writers are always professional at Audi Long Beach. They are great at explaining the details of the services. Also, providing information future repairs to plan for (ex: tires). I've always received my car on time and appreciate that they included a car wash. Thank you Audi of Long Beach Service Center!

I believe that Service Employees should explain, in detail, what is happening versus just typing up an invoice. Poor Customer Service is a stretch. After this service I will happily return to Fletcher Jones in Irvine regardless of the drive

Ordered a headlight for my 2018 Audi A4 for for the headlight to come back cracked. Tried communicating back via email to return the product but doesn’t send back a shipping label in order to return the product.

I have been a customer of Circle Audi for almost 7 years. One very important thing is customer service. It is very revealing when great customer service remains consistent over time. I have the utmost appreciation for Lalo, Charles, Gaby, and the new faces that have joined the team. Integrity, honesty, and great service. I love Audis. I trust Circle Audi. Audi is my car for life and Circle Audi is where I will be.

Took my car in for its 10,000 mile inspection and was greeted promptly. The service included a software update that took longer than expected, so I had to pick up the car after hours. The sales manager was able to accommodate me and stayed until 8:10 so that I could get my car back. I got the car back clean with everything done as promised.All around good communication from the service writer, Jorge and a follow up call from the service manager, Lalo, the next day to make sure that everything was "five star."I hope I don't need service for my car, but when I do I plan to make the drive from Torrance to where I purchased my vehicle to get service at Circle Audi.

I took my Audi Q5 and my daughter took her Audi Q7 we were both so happy with amazing service excellent work and wonderful friendly people that work over there so extremely well trained and Customer Service is highly impressive we love being there we love their service and we highly recommend them to anyone in the area they're amazing group of people my sales person was Charles and his boss was Lalo. Highly recommended from anyone around here they're the best.

I love Circle Audi because of their service department. Lalo and Charles go the extra mile to back up up all warranty issues, and personally make sure that you are a happy and satisfied customer. I'm from San Diego and this is my second Audi I have purchased through Circle Audi since I got a great deal the first time. I decided it was time to trade in my A4 for something bigger. I called and first spoke to Ken and inquired about a 2022 Q5 sportback and he got back to me right away. I was then assisted by Christian and I let him know if we could come to an agreement I would drive up the same day. He did a great job and got me the price I was comfortable with. I've always had a great experience with this dealership and I will definitely be back when I need another Audi!

DONT BUY HERE! I recommend ppl not to buy a car here and go to another Audi. Or do your due diligence because a place of "prestige" like Circle Audi sell lemon cars and charge you way more for it. Bought one and lost my deposit and car because of their incompetence but thankful I'm completely done after I file my civil suit.
