The reason I love this location is they're very friendly from the security, to the management, to the staff everybody is very very kind. if you're in there a lot they really do get to know you they get to know your name. They explain everything to you if there are any issues with anything. They usually do their best to try for you not to wait too long. They're just a very good all-around branch and they do everything they can to help you out that's always been my experience

I have 2 business account and 2 personal accounts with BofA. Every time I come into this bank they make it as hard as possible to do business with them. They seem to fine endless hoops for you to jump through just to make a cash deposit. I’m closing the accounts as soon as I can.

Both bankers i interacted with were very unprofessional, rude, and argumentative. Very bad experience with this branch even though they weren't even busy. I'm looking for a specific bill for my collection. I went up to the first banker and asked her if she had it. She said she wouldn't know and laughed while asking if i wanted her to check. After telling me she didn't have any, I went to the other banker to ask the same question. He looked at me and was very rude asking me 'Do you really want me to check all the bills'. This has never happened to me in other banks or branches and everyone is usually very friendly especially if they were as empty as this branch was today! Very unprofessional!

I was already two days late wiring money for escrow, despite online attempts and a phone call where BofA claimed the wire went through fine on our end. When two days later the real estate attorney told me they still hadn't received anything, I was sweating bullets and had to head to the bank to speak with someone in person. Who knew you need an appointment to wire money in person?? The previous branch I'd been to had been condescending and no help. Add to that, I was dealing with a law office on the east coast and had to work with their time zone. Tearing my hair out and swearing I was going to close my BofA accounts, I knew I had to keep trying and made a same-day appointment at this branch. As soon as Gerardo introduced himself, I knew he was going to take care of everything. He has that old-school banker vibe that just says he's in charge and makes things happen. And he did. He found a glitch, made sure we were working from a clean slate then got the wire going. He made me double check a few things since, being an out-of-state real estate transaction where we were wiring money to a small town office, things were a little different than a standard in-state real estate transaction. All checked out and the wire was a success!! It's refreshing to see there are still professionals like Gerardo. Also, a shoutout to the teller who empathized with my timeline and got me in with Gerardo earlier than my appointment time (kicking myself that I didn't get her name). For the first time in a while I felt like I was dealing with a traditional, solid, neighborhood bank. I decided to keep my accounts with BofA open after all. This branch isn't the closest to my home but I'll be dealing exclusively with them from now on.

Understaffed and very poorly managed. One old woman attending customers, but she's not because she is doing some kind of internal process. I have been waiting 15 minutes and they have dealt with three customers. This is by far the worst bank branch I have ever been in.

Went to make a business deposit and for once, there was hardly a line and the business teller was open. A gentleman in the regular customers lane and I were the only ones waiting. When my teller is finished, he proceeds to not only not look at me but call the regular customer over. A line then forms on the regular customer lane and I just know the other teller, who cannot even see me, is going to call one of them before me. I get my turn with the business teller and ask him why he called the man before me. His response? "We value all our customers time." I am incredulous. THEY are the ones with a business lane BECAUSE they value their business clients time and clearly indicate that! I kept pressing the issue, especially because the other gentleman barely had to wait - he was the only one in line! - and interestingly being unpleasant got me out of the bank the fastest I've ever left. I also don't understand why there was a student selling candy bars during a school day morning at the door and security didn't question it. Why wasn't she in school?

Went there to get a cashier check to buy a used car. The cashier (Alexander) was friendly and efficient. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Thank you!

I came at 9am open time, got in line. I was told I needed to sit and wait to speak to someone to address my matter. Then a young lady comes to my assistance. I tell her what I need to do she tells me to sit and wait. I say for 30 minutes. Another young lady came and asked what I needed (again). Then I'm told I'll have to wait a long time because the First Lady that helped me has appointments back to back. I'm mad because why wasn't I told this? I work, I have a tight schedule to come in here and just be passed around. Thank god this one told me to just call the number on my card. I did and they were able to assist me in 10 minutes. Don't walk in here for assistance or you'll be treated like 2nd class. I would advice to make an appointment.

This bank seems to close randomly and without notice, such as on a Tuesday,Dec 27. I would expect this kind of service from the DMV, but not a bank. This is unacceptable. I'm strongly questioning why I am still banking with B of A.
