“I called on a Friday to see how much it would cost to get new spark plugs for my 2012 Honda, which only has about 80K miles. They said they could do it Monday and that it would be about $307. I was really happy about that because the website quoted $430 - $600. I also went to another auto shop first because I thought they would be less expensive but I didn't have a good experience there. I show up on Friday and my appointment had a mix-up but they still managed to get me in and out in less than 2 hours. Everyone was very nice and well-informed. I didn't feel as if I was being ripped off as a woman. I highly recommend anybody, especially women, come to Tom's, because I had such a great experience with them. They didn't try to overcharge me or sell me things I don't need. They weren't patronizing and also told me my car was in excellent condition.
