Actually I made a mistake give 4 stars I went there today and fill up gas again after I finished fueling I ask the cashier if I can use the bathroom he refused and I asked him again please let me use it he said no he noticed that I walked slowly and I’m tired I was in the hospital had a out patient surgery and need to pee and I didn’t ask for anything not normal it’s known in California any customer can use the gas station bathroom next time I’ll pee in the parking lot of the gas station if I need to no excuses from the owner or the manager because I’ve seen more bad reviews about same situation if employees don’t want to do their job you can replace them a lot of people need work unless it’s you call to not allow using the bathroom also the pump doesn’t accept the card so you have to go inside and pay

I have to start off by mentioning this was the worst experience that I’ve ever had at a gas station .I came in and filled gas. For $100 In my truck, then I decided to go into the market and buy something to eat as I walked in cashier was standing behind the glass cubicle was looking at everyone with aggressive and angry facial expressions I did not understand why he seemed so angry with everyone. I asked the bathroom was OK for me to use and he said go away. The bathroom for customers is not working.Then I went over and picked up some food from the sandwich. DEPT brought it over to him so he could scan it and I can pay I kindly asked. Would you happen to have any wet Cloth or napkins, which I can wipe my hands with so I can hit the sandwich. He started yelling and Screaming at me and disrespectfully aggressive Telling me to leave his storeI was shocked and amazed At this person’s attitude and disrespectful manner This cashier should never interact with customers. This person has horrible attitude and disrespectful mannerThis gas station will end up, losing a lot more customers because of his behavior and the way he treats everyoneThis is his name The cashiers nameANOUTTARStay away from this cashier he is Aggressive and Disrespectful

THEIR PUMPS WILL DAMAGE YOUR DEBIT CARD!!!I placed my debit card in the pump. I waited for the screen and nothing was happening. it wasn't asking for a pin. So I thought it was just a faulty reader.When I tried taking my card out, it's like the machine was biting down on it and I couldn't get it out.When I brought it up to the cashier, they just kept telling me to wait 30 seconds and put my pin.But they weren't comprehending that the card was stuck and you had to force it out. They just looked at me like I was stupid.So don't use your debit or credit card on these stations. They'll damage them and they don't care to look into it.

The older man who works the cashier keeps overcharging me for small items such as candy. I told him twice and he argues me down as if he’s frustrated. I’m the patron spending my money, this is rude. The issue is he doesn’t scan things he just presses large or small at his personal discretion. Other associates will scan the item. So i know what the price should be, (see picture below for example of things he overcharges on). Beware of this practice by him! He’s probably been doing this for a long time robbing his customers and local community. I told a manager a few days ago and i guess they never talked to him like they said they would.

Arco located in Long Beach on PCH in Harbor Street. These articles a pretty neat Argo freeway close drive by the 710 freeway Arco gas station has a lot of stuff in their snacks. Drinks cigarettes everything you can use. I need gas is reasonable Teri good price service is great highly recommend it it's on the corner of Pacific Coast Highway and Harbor Boulevard in the city of Long Beach on the west side of Long Beach. If you haven't been here stop by check them out it's a good location I recommend them Pretty easy to check them out
