It's the gasoline station, what else is there to say. gasoline price is expensive, store item price is somewhat expensive, store is somewhat clean.

It's best to come here early in the morning before it gets busy, as this gas station is located on the corner of a busy intersection. There are homeless people frequently begging for money here. Overall, they have had some of the cheaper gas prices in this little nook & cranny of the Long Beach area.

Horrible customer service. Ladies that work here are nice. A man who works there cheated me by starting the pump at 40 cents. I had to return to the store several times because he would not clear 40 csnts off the pump. Once he cleared the pump and started it at 0.00, he then stopped tne pump at $9.60. He held up a receipt saying he charged me for pumping 40 cents at the beginning. I told him that the pump started at 40cents, I did not pump 40cents. He refused to give me the rest of my gas pr the change. Worse experience ever.

This station had been one of my favorites until today. I was in a hurry, and distracted for personal reasons, but I saw the sign on the pump that said pay inside. So I went in, and there was a printed notice about a $1.00 transaction fee. I asked the employee, and he said, " what kind of card are you using?" I showed him my debit card. Then, instead of explaining, he pointed back at the sign and asked me what it said. Twice. Then I read the whole sign and said, oh, okay. As I took my card and left, I said he didn't have to be rude. He said he wasn't being rude, that I hadn't read the sign. I drove to another Arco and spent $80 there filling up my tank. I'm sure he had been asked that question more than once, but not by me.

Came in for the 2/$4 sandwich deal. Great quality hot sandwiches, but lacking in condiments (due to coronavirus restrictions). I bought a bbq rib sandwich and a spicy chicken. Unfortunately, there were no packets of barbecue sauce available. Awesome customer service: One employee helped me at the hot foods station. The cashier gave me a paper bag for my items. This is a small location and it's very cramped. So be prepared to scour the shelves for specific items.

So guys.. on July 3rd I had my phone stolen at AMPM on San Antonio and Atlantic in Bixby. I go there almost everyday to get something or to get gas I'm definitely a regular. The whole house goes there actually. So I'm there to buy milk and some candy before work and i pay I set my phone down and left it on the counter in accident. I was gone a good 30 seconds when i realized I left it. I go back in there and asked Ruben if I left it. He said "no i don't know what your talking about it" I'm instantly thinking I had to have left it at home, but I'm also sure I had it in my hand walking into the store. So I get my cousins phone and log onto to Find my IPhone and voila. It says that it is at AMPM. So i go in there again retracing my steps and asking again now Ruben is in there with another employee looking at me crazy. I'm pressing for it to make a sound but i don't hear anything I ask them again if they seen it and no response. We go outside look everywhere all through my car and no phone, but my location says it's there. Ruben then suggests that we "turn the phone off to better help find it" so I give Tee all my log in information if she finds it and if she doesn't I told her to call the police because I was certain at that point that it was in AMPM somewhere and they was TRYING to pull a fast one. So when i leave they find it in the dumpster behind the building in a trash bag with the case off and of course full of nasty food. I spoke to the manager the following day and she told me she looks at the video footage and he doesn't steal "he was just in a car accident and he's all broke up" how do you give a sob story for a thief? Anyhow that's my week.

I come to this Arco because it's by my job. I insert card, said I need to see cashier, I went in told clerk i didn't know my pump # he looked on camera said pump #12. Paid went back out to pump gas, well I'm pump 11,went back told him I'm on pump 11, he then said sorry you gave me wrong pump #. He continued to be rude and taking customers and smirking. I continue to ask what do you mean I'm not getting my gas? He started raising his voice my voice got louder too. This is NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE! He then started cussing me out in Spanish! The owner finally came out and telling her the story she was then telling me I told him wrong # ! So another customer pumped in some gas and I was just out of money! This so could have been avoided if the clerk was properly trained! Rude is an understatement! Beware if you get gas here!

First off this place is so close to my house I can see it. This WAS my go to station til today. I went inside to have them turn on the air so I could fill up my tires. The guy said it only works if you put in a dollar. Dude I know you have a switch to turn it on and it's illegal to charge customers if they buy fuel.

Today around 10:00 pm 3/5/18 went in the store and asked the clerk if they made any fresh coffee and she said, "yes". So I went to every coffee dispenser and there was no coffee made not even a drop of coffee came out. I would've stayed and wait for coffee to be made while fueling up my car but the fact the clerk lied to my face and told me she made fresh coffee was enough for me to drive to another gas station and take my business somewhere else. Please don't lie to your customers just get off your butt and make coffee. Thanks and I hope you guys read this. Oh and one more thing....What is the 35 cent fee for? This is the only station that charges 35 cent for every purchase.
