I recommend calling in ahead. They were able to estimate how busy the shop was, if the tires I needed were available. They price matched the tires that I received with what I previously bought. Respectful and professional service. They seemed to be looking out for me and the well-being of my car.

I drive a Chevy Volt, and I’ve read that you should have all four tires replaced at the same time for the best ride, and that’s exactly what they suggested. It was a wait, so probably making an appointment is a good idea, but if they’re busy, it’s because a lot of people believe in them, so what better testimony than that?

Amazing service with Marco! He explained everything clearly, put my car up so I could see the underside and offered to show me the old parts! Purchased new tires and did a complete maintenance over 100k plus replaced broken struts. And they offer 6 month same as cash! One note: late day sun with no tint on showroom windows makes for a very uncomfortable sunburning situation in the waiting room but that’s a CHAIN ISSUE. Good thing there’s a Starbucks near by to seek out shade.

Guys got me in late in the afternoon handled tire rotation, oil, change, brakes filters Belt And got me back on the road I’ve bought tires from them. They always do a great job for me.

Amazing experience. Car troubles always stress me out so when the low tire pressure light came on, I got nervous I'd end up stuck on the side of the road with a flat tire. When I got to American Tire Depot, Marco helped me immediately. He got my car in to be assessed, and turns out I had a nail in my tire - and in a spot that could be easily repaired. They patched it and sent me on my way. So fast and painless. Marco had excellent customer service. I almost went to the dealership because it's easy but so grateful I made a different decision. It's easy to get caught up in the negative. I've had car sales people and mechanics take advantage of me in the past. It was the complete opposite. I highly recommend the American Tire Depot and will be returning the next time I need service on my car. Thank you so much Marco and team. I really appreciate everything you did for me.
