I really thought things were going to get better for a minute, but still the same thing-maybe their clock uses a different time zone??? I guess I just need to go elsewhere. This store was more convenient, but clearly they don't want or care to have my business. The link they share to speak with the owner/mgmt doesn't work, so it would seem the fish rots from the head. What a shame. Note: I just tried to respond to the bit.ly/711reviews and it says the account was suspended? Just FYI. Thank you.
Ok‐it is understood they close 2 hours each night to do whatever-it can be inconvenient, but I can adjust; however, the arbitrary time they close those 2 hours each night is a bit much. At first it was 3-5, then 2-5, then 2-4, but now it seems they close whenever they feel like it. Tonight I rushed over to find the door locked at 1:45, with 4 cars and a person on a bike outside waiting. Then the person working proceeds to give me an attitude upon opening the door because I asked him what time they close, because I had been told 2 a couple days before, but he says he closes at 1:50.
From the looks of it maybe I just need to take my business elsewhere as others have done. It was convenient, but not so much anymore. Rather than. It's now a waste of time figuring out the schedule for a place that says 24 hours and get negativity from the worker when I could, instead, just go someplace I know is open or wait til later in the morning where I know they appreciate my business.

I've been going to this location since it open . Always had good experience. But today the cashier was super rude the night shift cashier he doesn't pay attention to what he's doing he's more worried about chatting with his co worker. Over charging on items and not honoring the prices that are shown.on top of that the store is very dirty and there's water in the floor ? ?

Edit: they also do the transactions fast so you cant out your number and they use theirs to get all the 7/11 points. Homeless everywhere but they really can't do anything about it. But why is it closed at 840am eventhough is says 24 hours open? Doesn't even give a reason. it just says closed.

Just like every other 7-Eleven, they hire the weirdest dudes that they can find. It's either guys that grumble about people using Uber eats or guys that will laugh at you as you walk around. Honestly it's an alright location, haven't tried any food there, just grabbing a drink here and there. Just weird vibes. Loved that one chick though

The decline of customer loyalty is happening everywhere, but seemed to happen overnight at this location. I was a daily customer and now I go out of my way to the 7/11 on Broadway, because they always have the beer I drink and someone at the cash register not making you wait because they’re filling an internet order. There goes 50 bucks a day not being spent here on my bad habits ?

Horrible customer service, employees have attitudes, and they are rude. Highly recommend the 7/11 on Termino Ave. and 7th street.

The absolute worst 7-11 I've ever been to! I went there for my first and last time on 9/13/23 at 7:00pm. The rude clerk double-charged me and refused to correct the price. She actually she told me she didn't want my business when I told her I'd never go there again. There are lots of 7-11's nearby that charge fair prices and don't treat their customers so badly. I wish I could give them a NEGATIVE 1 Star!

This place has terrible customer service and blonde male cashier has selective hello practices. Looked me right in the eye and did not speak or say anything. Spoke to all other customers as they came in and paid for their items. This location never have slurpee cups and I asked the older employee as to why? The response I received was I just work here talk to the owner then brushed me off. The impression I got from her is that the owner only purchase one size of cups so customers can only purchase one size of slurpee for profit purposes. I have a young child and just wanted a small for the beach and I will never step foot in this location ever again. This place deserves 0 stars!!!

Quick and easy service. They also had nice and polite service. The Clerk was also knowledgeable about how to use the check-out feature of the 7-Eleven app (most stores don't know how, including my regular store).

Nice place, always clean, new coffee machines. Once in a while you can see homeless people hangout by the entrance.
