I had a great sales experience when I purchased a car from them in 2017. However 7 years later I still receive emails and texts from them despite my multiple attempts to unsubscribe. Every time they get a new salesperson, it appears their system lets them go through all of the dealership’s old contacts. I called and asked them to delete my information because I don’t live in the state at all. I clicked unsubscribe on the emails. I texted back STOP. I still get spammed by their salespeople.
I called and asked for the sales manager and left a detailed message. He has not responded at all and it has been a week. I find the lack of accountability very unprofessional and contacted the FTC to list them as spam.

Scammers, DO NOT GO HERE. They will rip you off and lie straight to your face. 0 customer service.
UPDATE: Absolutely pathetic. You know exactly who I am. Refer to Vanessa Knowltons review....Do the right thing.
P.S. Customers can read your responses on here and the way you talk to people is absolutely insane. Great business practices.

Super easy process !!! Who else hates haggling and going back and forth when buying a car. Well I sure do and let me tell you that this was the fastest and easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I knew what I wanted and the price was right. Left with the exact car I wanted for my princess. Thank you Rocket town Honda for making a birthday girl very happy. You have earned a loyal customer. See you again soon.

We had both our cars serviced at this location for the three years that we lived in Lompoc and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Their prices are pretty high, but that’s California for you. I believe that they were fair and always informative of any issues we were running into with our vehicles.

They added the wrong transmission fluid on my vehicle. To "fix", which we know will not completely flush out the incorrect fluid, they did a 1-time fluid flush. I did not get a refund nor extended warranty. They seem to do the bare minimum.
I will certainly be calling Honda HQ to file a complaint.

We bought a brand new minivan there and everything started off great. We were happy with the car and the initial service of the sale. But when we got home with the car we noticed a minor thing that needed to be fixed. The rubber that seals the window was not on correct. We went back that day to see if we can get it fixed. They said it would be a few days before the part comes in to replace it in the meantime we can drive our own car. A few weeks went by we called to see if the part had arrived to get it fixed. They kept saying "the service manager isn't available we will call you in a few minutes" they didn't call back. We called a few days later the same message "the service manager isn't available we will call you back" they never called. A few days later we called again and this time my wife left a voicemail to the service manager and still didn't get a call back. My wife and I were very disappointed. I would not recommend buying from them because if they treated me this bad for a minor issue imagine how they would treat you for a severe major issue. The sales man did their job and sold me a car after that they dropped you and forget you.

New update 3/18/24:
Rocket Town Honda responded with the third appointment and fixed all requested issues. However, they scrape my steering wheel and now it feels rough on the soft material. Until you resolved the issue, I’ll change it from 1 star to 4 or 5 stars. Thank you for your service.

This message pertains primarily to your service department. Please take note of the subject line. Even after purchasing a car from your dealership, the repair quality remains consistently subpar. Are you implying that if the vehicle wasn't bought directly from you, the repair standards won't meet the expectation of perfection? Is this intentional negligence towards your customers? The technician fails to communicate that the repair is inadequate. I quickly discover the problem myself while still at your location, allowing me to pinpoint the issue. Fortunately, I refuse to accept the subpar fix. So Honda, as a unified entity, should ensure 100% satisfaction in service, irrespective of the dealership of purchase. Please refrain from attributing shortcomings to a separation of brands within Honda. And yes both of you and Honda of Reseda got bad review; you should be able to read my other review through my public reviews.

I wouldn't recommend Rockettown Honda for service. Despite multiple appointments to address small cosmetic defects in my one-year-old car, they handled the fix unprofessionally. It's disappointing to see Honda producing new cars with such subpar quality, resembling low quality like cheap Lego pieces. Within five months of driving, various parts like window side moldings, behind steering wheel columns, air vent cover, and side fender flares began to loosen, peel, and even pop off. Despite calling in and waiting four to five months for parts to arrive, the issues persisted. Two consecutive appointments failed to fully resolve the defects, leaving me with the prospect of yet another appointment once the part arrive. It's frustrating to drive a vehicle with visible cosmetic flaws for almost half a year. I've lost faith in Honda's brand integrity and it's clear that Rockettown Honda fails to uphold the standards associated with the Honda name.

$20 part cost me $500 because they wouldn’t listen to the issue. Car wouldn’t start, and they kept telling me its my battery when everything associated with the battery was working (accessory mode worked, car wouldnt recognize brake to start the car) and the battery tested good in front of me. But all of a sudden it tested bad in back, so i let them change it and it didn't fix the issue. They refused to give me my battery back when i said i don't want to pay $200+labor for a battery when it wasn't the issue. I didn’t push the battery issue too far because whose to say they wouldn’t put a dead battery in my car, so I asked what the full price would be and I was told $450 on the phone then I come in 30mins later and they try to charge me $520. I also found it strange that normally I get sent a survey after every service but this time I didnt…
