Gray Family Owned Dry Cleaners truly went above and beyond for me. I was unable to pick up my dry cleaning before their closing time, but they graciously allowed me to come to their residence to collect it directly from them.
This level of personal service and flexibility is rare and much appreciated. The quality of their dry cleaning is excellent, and their dedication to customer satisfaction is evident in everything they do.

Great cleaners and fast service compared to other places in town they had available same day service. Other cleaners I would have to wait 3 or 5 days for a coat and shirt.

Robinson's is the only place I useif I want my Levi's or my Son Levi's Cleaned. Quick Fast and done right. Haven't had any issues with this place ever so they will continue to have my business!!! Employees were great as well as the Owner. Thank you for the great service and for keeping my close nice and looking new each time!

Might be excellent dry cleaner or good for alterations but don't get them to sew on patches or add lettering. Had some shirts for our crew for an upcoming exercise this past summer and wanted to get them done locally since I could not get in touch with the lady in Santa Maria who usually does our shirts. Just needed a patch sewn on and some letters added underneath the patch. I gave them two weeks to get the job done on four shirts for two exercises (8 shirts total) and ended up getting the first four done four days after I had been promised them and waiting another week for the remaining four. Ok, stuff happens and things get backed up. Not a crucial issue. However, the shirts looked like my 5 year old grandchildren had done them. The patches and lettering were placed around the arm pits instead of the on the normal chest location and the lettering was spelled wrong (after carefully printing it out for them on the order). Kinda glad it was in the armpit since it wasn't as noticeable there. Additionally the lettering was missing an entire line (two words) on all the first shirts. And that might have been ok except I had paid an extra fee for the four words we were supposed to have on them. All in all they charged almost $170.00 for a patch and four short words on 8 shirts. (I think the total was 168 bucks, and she said she waived the extra fees since she couldn't keep her schedule- how much would that have added??!!??). A ridiculous price for work that looked like a kindergarten student had done it. I was embarrassed for my crew to wear the shirts for our events. Was terrified to mention that the word was even spelled incorrectly. (The owner seemed to act like it was an imposition to perform her job.). Will have them done by the folks in Santa Maria next time. They charged only $10.00 a shirt for the same work and it was beautifully done and looked quite professional. I'd happily have given the business to her, my crew would have been happier too!! Guess Buyer Beware is a good motto here.

My husband has his uniforms tailored here regularly and they always come out perfectly. I recently had my wedding dress altered and it was exactly like I imagined. The owner's turnaround time is very quick, and her prices are fair. I am thankful to have this place in town!Service: Alterations

Bad experience! Owner reneged on the initial quote! She breached our agreement!! Be careful dealing with this business, the owner is unscrupulous and dishonest, and tries to blame her employees for her bait and switch scams. She messed up the sewing the first time on purpose and tried to blame me for it, then messed it up the second time blaming it it on my legs being uneven! She also tried to hide my receipt by dropping it behind the counter and pretending it was lost when I picked up my order, so she could charge extra for my alteration. The workmanship on a simple hem job on a pair of pants was horrible, see attached photo. Then she wanted to charge extra to press it! Buyer beware of her breach of contract scams. There are other reputable alteration shops in Lompoc. My mistake was not reading the reviews first for Robinsons Dry Cleaner and Alterations. Stay away!
