Don’t go to this laundromat, the lady working there gives you attitude and is very rude. She literally won’t keep her eyes off of you making you feel like you are not welcome or that you are doing something wrong. She got mad because I took the cart outside with my hampers to load them into my car, she started saying things and my sister told her that what was the problem that I would bring it back, she was beyond rude and kept giving us attitude and called us rude and kept saying I’m not talking to you! The owner needs to do something about this person, it is not okay to treat customers the way she does!!! Older women with glasses and long black hair

I've only been here twice. The 1st time before the new machines, the washer ruined all my shirts despite putting them on delicate.Earlier this year I did my laundry here because I heard there were new machines. Washed my clothes, once done all some of my clothes were destroyed again. Sadly had to toss the ripped ones out. Then proceeded to take them to the dryer.Dryer took so much longer to dry than the other laundry mats in this town. Absolutely terrible.BECAREFUL AND WASH HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Watch out for one of the older female laundromat attendants she harasses you as you wash your laundry. Not sure what her problem is but will follow you around and lurk and tell you how to do your laundry even though you know how to. Just a domineering bad attitude. Wouldnt recommend steer clear.

I have been coming to this laundromat since the early 70's.They have various types of washers and dryers. Up to 6 loads per one machine.And, this is one of the cleanest laundromats that I have been to.

Would give no stars if I could.Very poor customer service.The lady that works there with the long black hair always has an attitude and is very rude.Way too expensive.Very small place, Always crowded.Machines do not work and break down while you are using them.Refuse to give refunds.Worst place to do laundry in Lompoc.

Most machines are broken down. The dryers definitely don’t work. And the guy is very rude.NEVER AGAIN

They need to get a repairman out to fix the Washers & Dryers several were NOT WORKING!!!!! I usually like this place but the last two times I did laundry there it was crowded & Several Washers & Dryers OUT OF ORDER. Sucks having to wait around for a Dryer to be available. The employee's keep the place pretty clean tho and that is nice.

Do Not go here.Horrible Laundromat.The Lady who works there is soooo rude. The washers and dryers aren’t working and the owner steels people’s money. I put too many coins in the washers and dryers and the doors weren’t closing and the machines were Not working at all when I asked for Refund the lady cursed at me and called me bad names and kicked me out of store Without any Refunds.Do Not go to This laundry. If you put in your money and doesn’t work , They would never give your Refunds back.Never go here at all.

Plenty of machines. Not much room to walk by other customers, but the music is JAMMIN.I'm determined to fix those three detergent dispenser coin slides that are stuck, but it would probably be a lot easier if someone opened it up first lol

This place have a very bad service and the wash machine is very dirty inside. After clothes wssh it smells, will not return here again.
