Had to rent a large chipper after cutting down 6 large trees coming out of the ground with all the recent rain we received in just a few days. One large one had just fallen onto an SUV in the driveway. The service there is excellent and a great place to rent a variety of equipment.

I've been in Lompoc most of my life. And in the past have always dealt with Aceco for most of my needs when it comes to power equipment. Most of what I own is Stihl equipment, chainsaws, grass trimmers etc. and in the past I have always taken my power equipment to them to get serviced and or repaired. About 6 to 8 months ago I took my Stihl grass trimmer( FS 90 R) in to them because it was acting like it was fuel starved ( possibly fuel line or carb) I got it back in less than a week they had stated it was a fuel line leak and that they had replaced the hose's. I went to use it a couple days later and fuel began to literally pour out of it! I immediately took it back and told them about it. Then guy at the front desk told me that he will let the the person who repaired know. ( ok thanks let me know) three weeks went by I called. The answer I got that they have been extremely busy, give us in another week or so. To make a long story short it took me almost 4 months to get it back!! I went to go get it to take to a Stihl dealership in Santa Maria and got accused of being rude ?!?? I will never deal with them again. And most all of my Stihl equipment was purchased from them in the past ( I was trying to keep my business local). PS the nipple off the fuel tank had been mysteriously cracked almost broken off!!! Update as of 09/26/20 took my grass trimmer to an authorized STIHL dealer in Santa Maria. wrong fuel tank installed, multiple gaskets and O rings missing. He's going to check the block serial # to see if it's the original engine?!?!?!?

fantastic place. We most buy propane for our RV. They have a great garage too. Staff is beyond helpful and nice. Clean, organized and reasonable prices on rentals or even shop rates for your own gear like generators or any powered home & garden small engine gear.
