I bought a portable jump pack from them and followed all instructions and used it 3 times and it died and won't work. They wouldn't give me credit or help me with a new one, even though I had a receipt. I won't be buying tools or equipment here any more.

Zero stars for zero service. Came in with five employees sitting around "working" talking about lunch. Ask for some help with some light bulbs and didn't get assistance. Terrible terrible is all I can say. Don't come unless you don't want or need help.
