Bad experience trying to rent a car from here. First took forever to get a hold of them. Then when I went to pick up the car it was not ready. They tried to up sell me to another more expensive car. I refused and left. Had to go to a traditional rental car place.

Scam Artist and Parasites... they rented me the car, called me family and then proceeded to overcharge my creditcards Thousands $$$ Do Not Trust These People, they are not honest. They Will Rip Your Heart Out With A Smile And they WILL scam You...!!! BEWARE

Charged me an extra $38.33 for post trip cleaning even though I took the car through a car wash immediately before returning it. The interior was just as clean as when I picked up the car. My biggest regret was leaving the receipt for the car wash in the car so it's been harder to fight the charges. They also charged me $29 for a missing iPod cable... there was no such cable in the car when I picked it up. Scam artists. Avoid at all cost.

These guys are hands down THE BEST!! I've never had a smoother transaction with a rental car company. Their selection of vehicles is incredible, they're prompt and so accommodating. I use them for all my rental car needs and I suggest you do the same. Thank you so much :)
