I would agree that this is probably the nicest hotel in the area. The staff helps it shine for sure when I checked in. I was having trouble with my Messenger payment and it also had to be changed so they were free there and each of them was so welcoming and friendly and patience. They really went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of a lot because I’m in town with the family member. They went to far to the manager who is not on duty who also did what needed to be done to take care of the guest. I didn’t catch the managers name, but I believe the ladies were Cassandra, Breann and Diann. Then at check out, I was greeted & helped by another friendly helpful smile belonging to Mariah. And hats off to management for leading a great team.
Noteworthy details: There’s a machine for making white noise on the nightstand that helps more than you know. Also, cool closrttAll the shelves and hanger rods, plus a big drawer, can be moved and rearranged super quickly and easily, to costom fit the things you need to store, specifically. A new wish for my “someday list”.

As far as i'm concerned, this is the best Hotel that I've stayed in since I've been in California. In the last couple of weeks, the staff has made me feel like family. Monica, who is the Manager
Kenny, who is the GM And even Erica, the housekeeping manager have all made me feel like family. I should just sell my house and move into their hotel. And all the staff under their watch are incredible. I've never seen a hotel run so smooth.And Because of my job, I have to live in a lot of hotels throughout the year Even when I get off work at Eight or nine o'clock at night, The overnight clerk. Andrew has no problem cranking the grill up for me and making me feel right at home. I give this hotel 20 thumbs up. I hope my job keeps me here forever
Food and drinks: Best part about this hotel is. If I just want to leave the room and unwind, they have a bar that you can sit at and watch TV and have a couple of drinks, so you don't even have to leave the hotel. To be social, they have a fire pit outside, so if you don't feel like sitting at the bar, you can grab your drink and hang out outside. The hotel staff will be more than happy to crank the fire pit up for you and the 2 gas grills.

In California you always have problems with people smoking marijuana the smell it is difficult to get good hotels in the area if you doubt this is one of the best I visited in the area too clean safe 100% no one bothers you there are no people walking in the parking lot intimidating you I recommend it If you come with family, don't stay in an unsafe hotel, pay a little more, believe me, I visited California from Texas and finding a hotel with these conditions is difficult. The breakfast is very complete, they handle good products. You should go early because the food runs out quickly.
Rooms: Very clean and comfortable
Safety: Security in the parking lot, there are no cholos
Food and drinks: Lots of quality

Here for medical procedure at Loma Linda University Children's Hospital. So close to hospital and food places. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Have stayed here before and will stay again.

Everything was good. I had this one girl her name is Kimberly & she’s great. Such a sweet lady with nice smile and she gives great customer service. It’s hard to find kind people everywhere nowadays.

Just a one night stay but took advantage of my usual: fitness center & breakfast. Staff was incredibly friendly. Two queen room was clean. Bathroom smelled a bit musty but not unbearable. I let them know upon checking out. Beware: “Mountain view” side of the hotel also means freeway noise from I-10. Clean fitness center but lacking with four pairs of dumbbells and yoga mats. Breakfast was good as usual. Safe area and close to restaurants.

Front desk people are great, housekeeping is great, and the breakfast is pretty good for a hotel. The king size bed rooms have the TV in a weird place, but the 2 queen bed rooms are perfect. Go for the 2 queen beds regardless if you're alone or not. Great snacks in the front desk "store". Thank you!

Lots of freeway noise and only the handicap rooms have tubs. The shower had mold in the caulking. No hairdryer or silverware. They charge $45./ night for a pet and 14/night to park your car in there almost empty parking lot.Their are a lot of other places. I'd go to motel 6 before I go back to this place.

Better Marriott hotels in the area. As an ambassador Bonvoy member, this has been the worst experience I had. I wouldn’t stay here again.
