You will find a BIKE AND PEOPLE you like and enjoy. What more could one hope for when these dealership purchases can take hours and spawn relationships that last for years,...or not. (BTW...My purchase at Quiad H.D. did not take hours.) Great people make for a great experience. It simply doesn't get any more honest than that.

The only thing I can say is moved a year ago to the other side of town. Which made me realize what an idiot I was for taking the closest dealership as good.
Well thank goodness I finally figured out that Quaid is worth any extra 15-20 minute travel.

Nice place and had a great conversation with the owner. Selection and prices are average. I loved the fakt that nobody was try to sell me something and I could discover the store and the bikes as I wanted. I was offered some coffee and told were the restrooms are. If I ever like to buy a Harley I will come back .

Like many others, I dont often take time to post unless I am upset with a business and want to share a negative experience. This post is quite different from my norm. My wife and have both had great experiences with the Quaid weekend rides and the sales staff in the past. Because of our positive experiences, I decided to bring my ride in to have some work done by the service department. Both Dom and Jeff are awesome at what they do. I really appreciated the honesty and fantastic communication from both of these gentlemen. I dont know which tech my bike was assigned to but I want to acknowledge the great work. This place does everything right. We will be back…. No need to go anywhere else.

"From the moment I decided on purchasing a Harley Davidson and started to look at pictures online I was completely taken care of. B Meekins helped me get an appointment scheduled that worked with my graveyard shift and helped to make sure every step of the process was smooth . Jeremiah Wolfe was amazing, he got me the exact bike I wanted with the specific set up I needed for my commute and made sure to clearly explain what was going on every step of the way. His knowledge and passion made me feel great about my purchase and even helped me get the price that worked with my budget. I never felt rushed or cheated with Jeremiah and he didn't hesitate to accommodate me with my last minute appointment change when i returned for my second visit due to my crazy work schedule. Quaid Harley Davidson and these two employees delivered the best buying experience I've ever had and they have made me a life long customer. Both AJ and Jeremiah are the coolest most knowledgeable salesman Ive ever met. Very down to earth and they always greet everyone with a big smile and a warm welcome into the dealership! I got my bike 5 months ago and still to this day I will stop into the dealership just to say whats up to them, and they will always keep in touch with me aswell! They are both dedicated to the job and keeping an ongoing friendship with their customers! Love these guys!!! "
