If it wasn't for this place my friend who's teenage boy tried to commit suicide, to help them with these accommodations as he is at Loma Linda Hospital, just yesterday she was telling how thankful she is for this place and so am I. You guys are such a blessing in distressing times for people dealing with life's changing events...

We unfortunately ended up here when our child was in heart failure and had ran through all our resources. We were told by the hospital social worker it was free of charge. But that is not true. The rate was $15 a night and a chore to complete everyday. I did not want to be sweeping and vacuuming after work when I could be with my child. The house manager was so rude. And condescending. I wasn’t even able to respond to how disgusting we were treated when we were there. We left and chose to just sleep in the parking lot of the hospital instead of having her come to our room every night to complain about the chores and try to charge me the daily rate. When I had told her multiple times the hospital had already confirmed with her the stay was free. This place is a total sham . We are supposed to be able to focus on our children in the hospital not deal with a crabby and lazy house manager.

Bro the house keeping manager walked in the room as i was asleep. She can literally do that when ever she feels fit. I dont feel safe here.

This place is such a blessing ! the people are compassionate and very helpful. i'm so grateful the staff at LLU medical center mentioned this place and we were able to get in touch with a social worker to refer us.it's walking distance from the hospital so we were able to be in the NICU with our son everyday until he was able to come home. not having to worry about where we'll stay while our son was in the NICU was such a relief! they have a huge kitchen with pantry and refrigerator access, dining area, outdoor play area, grill area, laundromat on site and multiple sitting/lounge areas. their are also people (i think counselors ) available to help get you through whatever it is your family is going through. finance options are amazing and extremely affordable to all.they are very strict about entry access and house rules which are great and intended to keep everyone safe.This place made all the difference and allowed us to be close to our son during such a difficult time.

This is the most amazing place, they feed you and take care of you and most important of all they let you be close to your child when you are going through the unimaginable. I cannot thank them enough for everything that they have done amazing loving staff and just all around they made life so much less stressful during the most stressful time

I had a very pleasant stay at the Ronald McDonald here in inland empire. The service was phenomenal and the staff were amazing! With everything going on in the hospital, our stay at the Ronald McDonald made things so much easier on us.

Had a great time volunteering here by making meals of love for the families staying here. The kids were friendly and thanked us for making food for them. They would approach us in the kitchen while we were cooking. Ahhh, my heart. I felt very touched. Penny was kind enough to give my group a tour. They don't advertise their volunteer events so highly recommend checking it out if you're looking for a team bonding or volunteer outing event. They need more volunteers to help with making breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They accept item and monetary donations too. Every donation helps this location non-profit. The staff here are amazing. I'm not sure what we would have done living over 4 hours away and having to be close to the hospital without the help of the Ronald McDonald's house. The generosity of the people who donate to this cause make it possible for people like us to be able to stay close. I even saw that our own chamber of commerce donated to this very house. Thabk you Bishop Area Chamber of Commerce. So grateful.
