I opened an account with U.S Bank 4 months ago. I wanted to say that I am thrilled with the services, and the exceptional customer service. I had to call the branch last week to request a document. I had the opportunity to speak with Humberto. He was friendly, patient, and followed up immediately after our call to provide the document I needed. If you're tired of the bad service from BOFA, Chase and Well Fargo I highly recommend U.S. Bank in Lodi.

I had a wonderful experience with Naaheda at the Lodi Branch. After being treated very poorly at the Lodi Chase Bank, a friend recommended U.S Bank. Naaheda provided exceptional customer service. She was professional, patient, but more importantly made me feel that my business was valued. Customer Service is extremely important to me. I am thrilled with the service I have received for a small business account. I highly recommend U.S Bank.

My main issues with US Bank are that anytime you call the customer service 800 number, they always direct you back to the branch that opened your account. This includes fees for unauthorized transactions and other issues. I tried to close my fathers checking account after he passed away yet customer service was unknowledgeable, just as the staff at this branch on how to close it - even with a death certificate. They advertise MoneyPass ATM’s to use for no-fee cash withdrawals but that only applies to high-tiered accounts! Fees in general are more expensive at US Bank and picture deposit has a very low limit that makes it useless. Lastly, I once deposited a money order and they locked my debit card for 10 days because “money orders are a sign of money laundering” according to customer service. It was less than $500. Accounts are fee-free if you have at least $1,000 direct deposits which mean people on SSI will still have to pay a monthly fee. Other banks only require a $500 direct deposit.

The service at this bank is great.The app is one of the worst apps I've ever used. For starters you have to input your phone number and receive a text for confirmation every single time you log in.The website never works. Always errors with everything.A frustrating experience all around.I sign in to pay a bill but get errors. Now I have to add it to my calendar to remind me in the morning and pray that the website works.This is not 21st century banking.I've dealt with this for months and unfortunately it's time to move on.

This branch is always a pleasure to work with. Weather I'm cashing a check from someone who has an account there to depositing a check for my husband who has an account there, they are always helpful and polite. I've watched as they patiently help others who have had some crazy questions and was impressed by their patience!

As with the San Fran Bay Area, this U.S. Bank location is within Safeway. I've used the ATM here a few times. Everything works as expected. I trust this bank quite a lot. They were conservative during the sub-prime mortgage period, when most banks were fully involved. I've yet to deal with the tellers but they've smiled and said "hi" when I've passed them.

I have been with us bank off and on sense I lived in Colorado and I wouldn't choose a different Bank because this is an amazing Bank and all the tellers are so helpful in lodi ca

I have banked with US Bank since it was Security Pacific Bank, and have always had nothing but great service! The service at the Lodi CA branch is absolutely top drawer! The employees and extremely efficient, helpful, and really special to work with. They couldn't be better, and if anyone is looking for a great banking experience, I highly recommend this branch, or any of the US Bank branches.
